OpenSheet 3.5e SRD
In-game content
art
OpenSheet uses generative AI for optional artwork only. This is disabled by default. Pre-rendered: the decorative art that ships with the app — character portraits, race and class backgrounds, creature illustrations, interface icons and stat-panel frames — was produced with OpenAI's image models, as were the application icon and this store page's artwork. All of it is decoration, every family of it can be switched off in Settings, and a new installation shows none of it by default. Live: if you supply your own OpenAI API key, two optional features call OpenAI directly — generating a portrait for one of your characters, and generating a character concept. Both are off by default and neither does anything without a key you entered yourself. Nothing leaves your computer otherwise. No rules content is AI-generated. Every rule, statistic, feat, spell, item, monster and table comes from the published 3.5 Edition SRD source material and the PCGen data set. The app is built so the book always wins.

Sia Desktop Pet
Live AI
text
Sia's chat window is an optional feature powered by a generative AI model. It stays turned off until you enter your own API key for a provider you pick yourself (Google Gemini, OpenAI, Anthropic, OpenRouter, or a local model through Ollama / LM Studio). Without a key the game never contacts any AI service and every other feature works normally. Only the message you type is sent - plus a screenshot if you choose to attach one - and Sia's replies are short generated text. Everything else in the game, including all art, sound and written dialogue, is made by hand and is not AI-generated.
