Public Steam disclosure research 25,508 disclosures tracked
Search developers’ Steam disclosures, compare classified AI use across games, and follow recorded changes. This index adds cross-game classifications and statistics to statements published on individual store pages.
Code help, debugging and other development work.
Capsule art, trailers and promotional material.
Pre-made art, audio, writing and other game assets.
Interactive or runtime AI features disclosed by the developer.

Use of visuals in the game.
Some images and voice over.
Certain names, descriptions & flavor texts are written with the assistance of large language models. All AI content is edited with a heavy human hand.

The background of the promotional image was generated using AI.
Since I developed this on my own, I took advantage of opportunities to speed up the process.
Game Assets
Black Vultures includes assets created using AI tools, such as active voiceovers and background music. The following AI-generated content is included in the Steam Playtest version: - 28 types of in-game narration voiceovers - Over 40 tracks of in-game and out-of-game BGM
AI was used to generate photos used in the game, including background images, characters in the story line, and special coins. The use of AI is limited to production of the game. There are no opportunities through this game for the user to create any content using AI.
Artificial intelligence was used in some parts of the game development phase,
Some elements of the artwork have been enhanced, upscaled or generated from source materials by AI tools. As the development progresses this art will be gradually replaced.
The game's store promotional images and some in-game scene asset are generated by AI
In our game production process, we use AI technology to generate art content, mainly applied to cards
AI generated Pictures. Backgrounds ,Icons Buttons, Faces. For ilustration only. Like Common office,, common Production, common sales department. No brands pointed. Some Photos and some Photoshop to merge the Images. As This game is on The math and strategie,, the Visuals are only here to look nice.
I'm a solo dev, mostly a programmer, not an artist. So I used AI to generate some of the images used in the game, then refined them to look a bit better. Hopefully, it won't affect the gameplay experience too much.
Menu page used AI and was edited after. Same for the character faces. The rest of the assets are either rendered in Blender (no AI models), drawn by an artist or me.
Generative AI tools were used to create or initialize some store page material, as I am a game developer not a graphic designer. This made preparing some store page art assets easier, allowing me to spend more time working on the game itself.
Some card and background images contain AI-generated content. All AI-generated images have been edited before being incorporated. There is no AI content generated in real-time.
Yes, we use AI tools—specifically Luma Dream Machine—to generate initial art assets that are used in our game, on our store page, in our marketing materials, and within our community assets. All raw outputs are subsequently refined and adjusted by our art team to ensure they match our game’s unique aesthetic and meet legal and quality standards
We leveraged AI tools to enhance creativity and streamline certain aspects of development, ensuring a more immersive experience for players.
The only use of AI is the Store Page art. This is a temporary placeholder.
Some character illustrations and designs in the game were assisted by AI
This game uses AI to generate character illustrations and other artwork images, and AI was also used for translation.
During development, we may use procedural or AI-assisted tools to help with asset creation. All final content reflects the creativity and direction of our development team.
This game uses Poedit Pro to translate text into different languages.
AI Used for the main menu and the character selection. Everything else is made by artist.
Translations made with Ai help
Game art assets are generated using AI tools to create initial concept art, which is then manually adjusted and modified by artists. The final works combine AI-generated foundational designs with human artistic revisions. Some dynamic art assets are assisted in their creation by AI tools.

AI was used to generate some images during development, but all final in-game assets were manually refined. No AI-generated content is dynamically created during gameplay
In-game character images and translations were created using AI.
Tales for the Long Nights uses generative AI in various methods of asset creation throughout the game.
The character concept art and skill icons are AI-assisted creations. AI has helped us produce a considerable amount of 2D assets.
AI is used as an assistant in writing code and as a text editor. A little in sound generation
During the development of the game, we used AI as an auxiliary tool in the early stages. Artificial intelligence assisted with background generation, but all elements were significantly reworked and refined by our team. We focused on details, style, and quality to ensure a unique and polished visual aesthetic for the game.
In the game, use AI tools to generate skill icons and character avatars based on the description text.
95% of the art in the game is entirely made by artists. The other 5% (some background images and some ship module images) are made using scenario, an AI art service that states on its site: "We ensure that all models on our platform are trained solely on data that we own."
The background images and girls pictures are pre-rendered AI art
Monster characters
The game part utilized the texture materials and UI icons generated by Midjourney for 3D models, such as those in 3D paintings. Suno AI was used to generate some of the game music (about one-third). All AI materials in the game were sourced from legal paid channels. No protected artworks were used for training. The development team will promptly update the game to ensure that it conforms to the latest policy adjustments.
As a solo dev, I use generative AI tools to fill in some gaps including team icons and some sound effects
Some of the visuals and music were generated by AI to serve as placeholders before the full release.
Almost all the art is AI based, then heavily edited.
Some of the game's visual elements were created using AI tools during the development stage (for example, the design of Albums). Artists manually refined all such materials. Generative AI is not used in the gameplay and does not generate any content during the game.
