Where do games disclose AI use?
Search developers’ Steam disclosures, compare classified AI use across
games, and follow recorded changes.
This index adds cross-game classifications and statistics to
statements published on individual store pages.
Groups reflect automatic analysis of public disclosures; mature records are excluded. These counts do not measure AI use across all of Steam.
Missing or unclear statements cannot establish whether a game uses AI.
AI (Nano Banana) was used to generate background environment concepts featured in certain UI elements. These concepts were then manually reworked and finalized by our artists.
All characters were created entirely by hand by our external artists, Amandine Flahaut and Yaël Préjeant. All weapons were created entirely by hand by Yaël Préjeant. All UI was designed manually by our Art Director, Benjamin François.
This game features pre-rendered AI-generated art. Using this art is optional, and not required. If you're an artist you can freely import or draw your own art in the game.
In the production of the game, AI-generated images were used, which were then manually processed and corrected. Some of the text content was generated by AI (then corrected and edited manually).
We have some art and icons generated using AI assistance:
1, some of the equipment icons in the game, we used AI generation
2、ICON of props
3、The character avatar in the store
4, Guide character's stand-up drawing
Generative AI has been used to assist in producing content for Idle Casino Empire and its store page, including visual art, music, sound effects, voice lines and in-game text, as one part of a human-led and human-approved development process. The developer always sets the direction, reviews and edits AI output before accepting it, and makes the final decision on everything that ships. No content is generated by AI while you play.
As a solo developer, I didn't find the founds to hire artists to make my game assets. I used Midjourney to create some assets, not all of them. Most of buildings, and illustrations on buttons were made by AI.
The game is totally free. If I come to monetize the game, I will consider hiring artists to draw once again everything.
"GreenGrocer Simulator uses artificial intelligence technology in the development process for creating some of the game's content and assets. This technology assists in generating graphics, sounds, and other in-game assets. AI is used to enrich the visual and auditory experience of the game and to provide players with a more immersive gameplay experience. However, the core gameplay mechanics and design are entirely crafted and implemented by the development team. AI is not used for real-time content or code generation during gameplay."
The artists in our game who sell you their artwork are themselves a form of artificial intelligence. To stay true to these artists, the artwork they offer to sell you was generated using our novel artwork combined with ethically sourced generative AI. Elements of our code and dialogue have been edited, in part, using large language models. Steam community assets & marketing materials have been, in part, created with the assistance of Google Gemini or with Adobe Photoshop's generative AI. Some music in the game and promotional materials were generated using Suno.
The game's menu screen is AI-Generated, because unfortunately I am not a digital artist.
Also, the posters/images used for the game's Steam page are just the same image that is in the Main Menu. And Jesus Christ's mogging images, because they never took any pictures of Jesus mogging anybody :(
Good morning everyone :),
In this case, we have used AI to generate the promotional images for the game shown on Steam, such as the cover.
We also used it within our game to explain the initial narrative, introducing the player through a series of images that show what the game world is like.
The rest of the game has been created and illustrated by me :) (I’m not good at conceptual art but I am with the characters hahaha).
If you have any questions, feel free to ask me. Best regards!
We used AI to fill in details and at times generate images for some of the store pages. Additionally, the music that is in the background while playing the game was generated using AI tools and services. In all such cases, the final product reflects the creativity and expression of our own development team.
Some of the images on our store page were created by artificial intelligence and edits were made on the images. and some images in the game were made by artificial intelligence.
Initial localization for non-english languages was done using large language models. The community has improved on that localization immensely.
The game itself contains no generative content, with the exception of localization.
The game does not contain any AI-generated content in real-time, but it does feature music produced using AI. The game's music was created through suno.ai, where I am a paying member. The website assures that paying members have the right to use the generated music for commercial purposes.
In terms of images, the game uses a picture of a dog in a suit that is AI-generated. For the shop interface, all images related to appearances are also AI-generated. The AI images were created on https://www.artbreeder.com, and I am a paid member of that website.
I use AI-generated pre-rendered images for the Desktop Backgrounds in the game. This is to provide the player with a more unique, customizable experience over their in-game computer.
I also use AI-generated pre-rendered images for character photos/portraits when needed.
All images do not resemble or impersonate any person, living or dead.
