Where do games disclose AI use?
Search developers’ Steam disclosures, compare classified AI use across
games, and follow recorded changes.
This index adds cross-game classifications and statistics to
statements published on individual store pages.
Groups reflect automatic analysis of public disclosures; mature records are excluded. These counts do not measure AI use across all of Steam.
Missing or unclear statements cannot establish whether a game uses AI.
This game uses AI technology to dynamically generate narrative text, aiming to provide you with a vast number of unique adventure stories. Please note:
AI-Generated: Specific in-game plots, options, and event outcomes.
Human-Designed: The game's world, rules, core gameplay, and interaction model.
We have placed the AI within a secure "narrative framework" and look forward to exploring the infinite storytelling possibilities driven by AI with you.
AI generates text during party gameplay: creating fake answers that mimic player styles in Two Truths & AI, describing player drawings in AI Telephone, analyzing photos into percentage breakdowns in AI See It, and delivering verdict explanations in Judge, Jury & AI. All AI text generation happens locally on the host computer in response to player inputs during local multiplayer sessions. AI is also used for narration.
Some character portraits and textures were created with the assistance of AI tools and then manually edited. Other assets, including the logo and additional textures, were fully manually created.
Some artwork, in-game videos, and voices are AI generated for prototyping purposes but are planned to be entirely replaced with human-made content by the end of development and before release.
This product uses generative AI during development. Specifically, AI was used for:
- Generating background music (BGM)
- Creating translation texts
No AI is executed in real time during gameplay, and it does not affect the player experience.
As a solo developer, it's really hard to work on everything, so I used some AI tools to help me along the way. I don't generate anything from scratch. Everything used in the game has been first designed, concepted, and sketched. Then used AI to improve on the design. Also, generated content has been modified after with image editors to fit and adapt to the vision and needs of the game. Some examples are: Textures for some objects, ui cohesion, English writing...
AI currently assists me with tasks I can’t handle alone without 'overspending.'
It’s versatile—useful for generating images (though I edit them later), writing code, and more.
Since I’m a beginner, I rely on it for almost everything, even just to verify parts of my games.
Speak Boy!
Legal Beagll: Justice is Argued uses novel dialogue mechanics to bring your arguments into the courtroom. Characters respond with their own logic and reasoning. Creating dynamic and realistic character interactions.
Game uses AI only for visual and text content. Card illustrations and free avatars were created with the help of AI tools. Some in-game texts were edited using AI.
Some visual assets in the current Early Access build are placeholder concepts used during development. Original artwork is being produced and will replace these assets progressively throughout the Early Access period.
Generative AI was used to create certain static visual assets, including the “OUTBREAK” text-based logo, the Steam profile background image, and the static background image displayed in the main menu.
No AI-generated content is used during gameplay.
AI is used to make code that I can't understand, math is hard for me, some text may also be generated with AI but most is written by me. Everything else is made by my, art, music and concepts.
AI image generation is used to create the backgrounds of the Titles-Logo/Icons on the Store Page.
AI generated content is NOT used in the actual Game itself.
Voice2Action uses artificial intelligence to enhance voice command recognition. While the application works fully offline, the AI mode allows more natural commands to be understood, even if spoken with variations or errors. The AI system does not create copyrighted or harmful content; it is only used to improve usability and provide more flexible, accurate voice-to-action interactions.
Some visual assets, including character portraits, game environment art and promotional materials, were created with the assistance of artificial intelligence.
During the development of Omertà: Mafia Novel, generative AI tools were used to create certain graphical elements and musical compositions. However, all AI-generated content has been carefully edited, refined, and adjusted manually to match the game's artistic style and atmosphere.
AI does not influence gameplay in real time and does not generate content during the playthrough. All storylines, characters, and dialogues were written manually to ensure a unique and well-crafted narrative experience.
We used AI tools to create some of the capsule images and header artwork for the store page. All assets are unique, do not infringe on third-party rights, and were specifically generated and edited for this game.
Pre-generated AI content only.
During development, AI-assisted tools were used to help generate 2D sprites (characters such as ghosts, bats, skeletons, etc.) and to assist in writing game object scripts and behaviors.
No AI system generates new code, text, or visuals while the game is running.
All AI-generated assets were reviewed, edited, and finalized by the developer before inclusion in the game.
The game contains no live-generated AI content.
