I've use AI for the radio broadcasts, as a voice actor. That's pretty much it.
Only a few textures and sprites in the game were created using AI tools, but all of them underwent extensive manual processing, editing, and polishing. AI tools were also used for promotional materials with subsequent manual editing.
In our game, you can communicate by voice with a non-player character, who will generate an answer for you the way a witch's ghost would. In this case, the answer will be voiced.

Images
Only used to make pre-release graphic design to establish theme and brand. Moving forward there will be no A.I. generated art
We use AI only as art refernce and not to generate assets.
Artificial intelligence resources were used to generate the characters' lines and some of the artwork.
In "Stay Alive My Son," artificial intelligence (AI) plays a crucial role at two distinct points in the game to enhance player immersion and emotional engagement. Specifically, AI is employed during an interaction with Yathay Pin's digital replica in Level 01 and once again in Level 06. This is programmed directly using existing Unreal Engine Blueprints nodes. The AI integration is meticulously designed to enable Yathay's digital eyes to follow the player's movements continuously. This technology ensures that Yathay appears to be directly engaging with the player, fostering a deeper emotional connection. The purpose behind this AI application is to intensify the sense of direct communication and interaction with Yathay, thereby amplifying the player's emotional investment and empathy towards his journey and experiences.
We used the neural network for some images
Some visual assets were created with the help of artificial intelligence.
Background images, character images, and icons use AI-generated images as pixel art drafts or materials.
We used generative AI for: art on the store page, and some in-game textures. Each AI-generated content was then manually adjusted by our in-house artist to ensure the presence of human input in the art and high quality of the game.
Some code and artwork was ai generated
we using Ai made some cartoon images of some characters were generated in the ending
AI voice
I use the service to generate artificial intelligence voices for characters. The voice generation process does not occur in real-time, but rather beforehand, allowing me to test and evaluate the content before using it in the game. Additionally, I implement appropriate preventive measures to ensure that the generated content is suitable and compliant with legal requirements and Steam standards
We use AI to generate Voice Over.
Some capsule images were made with AI
Our Policy for AI Use Even if, and disclose from time to time that, we use AI in some of our products, it never means that our product consists of AI-generated content, which is simply impossible but may be presumed by some people. We continue our due diligence and necessary efforts to come up with the best content. AI is a field that we keep track of and welcome curiously and excitedly. It is something not the world gives us but what we get from the world according to our requirements. However, We always consider the rights of commercial and ethical use of AI. Therefore, we subscribe to their content, pay their respective fee, and keep their receipts/licenses. In this game, we use a few asset generators like open-source make-human generations or some publicly available animations or the generators of the asset store such as the Spaceship Generator or Character Creator 2d, which we have purchased, and which have been around for many years. These assets allow us to design or randomly generate our character models according to our requirements. We are also working on the trailer of the game which might include some elements that we make by distorting some AI images.
Character portraits, in-game prerenders, key art, and scare screens are currently rendered with Midjourney AI. Some of this content may be replaced with human-drawn art if the budget can be found between now and the final release planned for 7/14/24.
Our Policy for AI Use Even if, and disclose from time to time that, we use AI in some of our products, it never means that our product consists of AI-generated content, which is simply impossible but may be presumed by some people. It is something not the world gives us but what we get from the world according to our requirements. However, We always consider the rights of commercial and ethical use of AI. Therefore, we subscribe to their content, pay their respective fee, and keep their receipts/licenses. How may we use AI? We may use outsourced AI in a number of different ways in addition to our own in-game AI mechanics, as it gives us uniqueness and originality as we like, and as long as its content is compliant with our above policy: Sound files: We have a large collection of audio clips we have purchased and keep purchasing. We also have the means to make our own sound files. Sometimes we may also use AI-made sounds to make audio clips as well if we fail to find what we are looking for in our archive. Graphics: We may use AI for some of our graphical assets. We have various means like software with which we can create characters, particularly our animated characters in the trailers and cutscenes, which are our own unique designs. We may use AI in this particular game in relation to the environment and some of the ancillary icons, finishings, and corrections. Ideas: We may chat with AI about whether an idea is suitable for the current genre we are working on. However, we plan to discontinue this use of AI as it lacks originality. For example, when we asked for the names of two female characters for a fantasy game, AI suggested “Anya and Ayleen.” They are obviously names used before and we needed to change the names of our two characters. The above use of our AI may naturally appear on our store page as we include fragments from our game to introduce and promote it. This policy may be subject to change depending on the developments, ethical considerations, and circumstances regarding the use of AI in the future.
This game uses AI-generated content during its development. Some of the 2D artwork and promotional images were created with the assistance of AI tools. All such content is pre-generated, curated by the developer, and remains static within the final product. The game does not feature real-time AI content generation during gameplay.
At Lovely Bytes, we're not just developers, we're passionate gamers like you. And because we understand the gamer's perspective, we firmly believe that the heart of a truly great game lies in the emotional depth and authenticity that only human creativity can provide. In the development of UNHEIM, artificial intelligence plays a supporting role to accelerate our production, and is used mindfully to help us with certain time-consuming tasks, such as visual brainstorming, or speeding up the process of creating some of the textures. Additionally, AI bravely tackles the Herculean task of turning our chaotic creative thoughts and wild brainstorming scribbles into something resembling coherent, actionable documents. Our approach to AI is to use it as a tool to augment our skills and capabilities, not to substitute the craft elements that are crucial for creating a deeply engaging and memorable game experience. Now go and have fun getting scared to death, knowing that what you experience is the result of a mindful blend of assistive technology and traditional craftsmanship.
Some images like paintings or puzzles are currently AI generated. Maybe they will be removed later on. Some voicelines has been enhanced through AI.
We have used AI generated artwork for our store listing, certain in-game art assets have been AI generated however majority of the game is not AI generated.
We use AI only to create some images and videos inside the game and some images and videos on the store. All the source code is made by hand, no IA was used for the creation of this game
1) AI's background music 2) AI's text descriptions
Our game is about shooting movies. We also allow players to create their own movies, including having characters say the lines of the movie script. Players can write dialogue and generate audio. The 3D animated characters act out the script.
