Where do games disclose AI use?

Dashboard Engine uses AI only at runtime, on your own device, and bundles no pre-generated AI content. On-device neural text-to-speech (installed by default): the app includes neural TTS voices (MeloTTS and Kokoro) that synthesize spoken audio from text locally on your PC. An English voice is bundled and installed by default; other languages download on demand. These voices produce speech at runtime — for the assistant's replies, spoken system alerts, and voice previews. They are used purely as speech output: a "voice profile" is a small set of tuning settings that reference a licensed base voice, and the app stores or uploads no voice recordings of any kind. Optional AI assistant (off by default): if you turn it on, you connect it to a language model you run locally on your own machine or local network (for example Ollama or LM Studio). Your typed messages are sent to that local model to generate conversational replies in real time, which can be read aloud by the on-device TTS above. There is no cloud AI service, account, or API key — nothing leaves your PC. All AI output is generated live from your own input and your own local models, so it is not authored or reviewed by the developer. No AI-generated content is pre-created or bundled with the app.

AI assistance was used to translate the user interface and this store page into non-English languages. The artwork, trailers, and original English text were created by the developer.

2D item and character sprites in this game were created using generative AI image tools and then manually reviewed, edited, curated, and integrated by the developer. In-game item names and their translations were also produced with AI assistance and manually checked. All AI-generated content was created during development (pre-generated); the game does not generate any content live while playing.

No AI-generated content is included in the software or produced during runtime.

Art assets (pre-generated): In-game scene backgrounds, UI icons, and store page promotional images are generated using Doubao as initial drafts. After manual screening, modification, and style unification, they are packaged into the game. All AI-generated art assets have been reviewed manually one by one, confirming that they do not contain any violations such as violence or pornography, and no copyrighted third-party assets have been used as input for generation. The AI tools used all have commercial use licenses. Code (pre-generated): Some game logic code is generated with AI assistance during the development stage. After manual review, testing, and modification, it is compiled and packaged. The game does not call AI to generate code in real-time during runtime. During the game's runtime, there is no AI-generated content in real-time. All AI-generated content visible to players are pre-generated static resources.

AI-Generated code has been used to help speed up development, debug code, and optimize core systems. All engine architecture, structural logic, and tool designs remain fully custom-built from scratch. The final compiled software consists entirely of human-written and human-reviewed code to ensure strict stability, performance, and integrity.

Generative AI tools were used to assist in the creation of marketing artwork and store page assets. All game content is procedurally generated through Thalyn's proprietary algorithms

This app includes an optional AI chat feature: your cheer character can chat with you in real time, powered by generative AI. Using the chat feature consumes an in-app currency ("gems"), which can be purchased. A background image used on the store/library page (depicting a keyboard and a mug) was also created with the assistance of generative AI tools.

LumaEdge does NOT contain generative AI. LumaEdge was born in an RV going down the oregon coast (legit, lol), and its real-world test setup is not quite Steam-capsule material. Generative AI was used to help create and composite some multi-monitor environments shown in LumaEdge's trailers and the Steam store artwork (capsules, etc). All reactive gradients displayed within those environments were captured using LumaEdge itself and composited into those images. No LumaEdge gradient, on any image, was generated by AI. LumaEdge contains no generative AI features. No generative AI content is delivered with, or created by LumaEdge at any time.

Some Steam store graphical assets for VN Engine 2D, such as capsule and library artwork, may have been created with AI assistance and were manually reviewed before submission. VN Engine 2D is a desktop editor for creating 2D visual novels and interactive story projects. The Steam build does not include player-facing live AI generation, does not connect to external AI services during use, and does not require users to enter third-party API keys or pay for AI services outside of Steam.

AI was used for some translations, music, and visual assets. The game does not create AI-generated content during gameplay, and AI was not used to write the game’s code.

NarrationOS uses generative AI to create its output. It synthesizes speech from your books using an AI voice model (Resemble AI's Chatterbox) and can generate a custom voice from a short recording you supply. A local AI language model assists with text analysis. All generation happens locally on your device. You are responsible for having the rights to any content or voice you use, and voice cloning requires your confirmation of consent.

P·A·L - Personal Artificial Lifeform is a generative AI software suite. P·A·L generates written word, spoken word, voice to text, generative images, generative music and sound, game code, and is capable of learning through user choices. Always use AI responsibly.

Portions of the application code were developed with AI assistance. Some UI text translations were produced with AI tools and reviewed by the developer. All visual assets, artwork, and design are human-made.

The advertising images on some store pages and the background images in games are generated by AI

The masterpieces featured in this game are real public-domain paintings, digitized from high-resolution scans. They are not AI-generated. Generative AI was used only in the following areas: some artwork other than the masterpieces (UI, characters, backgrounds), some sound, and localization.

AI was used to generate background images, music, and audio. Converting player drawings into AI renderings is optional and requires the host to have a Gemini API key.

Vaultbox uses AI to chat and generate images.

Minisprite Engine was created by a small team using a combination of original work and generative AI tools. Its mascot and hand-drawn character art were created by our designer, without the use of AI. Generative AI tools were used in creating other visual assets — including UI and store page artwork — and in drafting and localizing text across multiple languages. All content was reviewed and refined by the team before release.

The developer used generative AI tools to assist in creating certain 2D environmental textures and concept artwork used during development. Additionally, AI voice generation software was used to synthesize specific voice lines for characters within the game. AI coding assistants were also utilized to aid in writing and optimizing standard gameplay scripts

Some store page assets and library assets are generated by AI

We used generative AI tools in a few clearly defined parts of this project, and we want to be upfront about where. During development, we used AI coding assistants to help write and review parts of the source code, the same way many modern studios use these tools. We also used generative AI to help create some of the store page and marketing assets, such as promotional images and parts of the written copy. Everything produced this way was checked, edited, and approved by us before it went live. Inside the app itself, the background removal feature runs on machine learning models to cut backgrounds out of images that you choose to load. These models only process the images you give them, on your own machine, and nothing is generated or sent anywhere without your action. The core gameplay experience, meaning the overlays you place, the cursor effects, the pinning behavior, and the audio reactive features, is built from regular code and does not generate content with AI at runtime. Any HTML overlays you get from the Steam Workshop are made and shared by other users, so their content is up to whoever created them. We do not use AI to generate live content that changes on its own while you use the app, and we do not train models on your data.

FragMend is a local video-conversion utility. The application itself contains no AI-generated content and uses no generative AI at runtime, your recordings are processed entirely on your own PC by ffmpeg, with no AI involved and nothing uploaded. Some of the text on this store page and related marketing copy was drafted with the help of a generative AI writing assistant, then reviewed and edited by the developer for accuracy. The app's logo and capsule/library artwork are generated programmatically by the developer's own code (procedural rendering), not by generative AI.

PyxelAid includes optional AI-assisted image processing filters that users can apply to their own imported images. These filters may enhance, clean, upscale, simplify, recolor, or restore pixel-art images based on the user's input. The app does not generate text, code, dialogue, or autonomous content during use. Users control the input images and decide whether to save or share the resulting outputs.

The promotional image was created using AI

The store page was originally written in Chinese. All other language versions, including English, were translated using AI (the same engine the product itself uses), then reviewed by a human before publishing. No other store assets are AI-generated.

Generative AI was used to create some promotional artwork and store images for the Steam store page. The application itself does not generate AI content and contains no AI-generated gameplay content.

VoxelForge includes local generative AI features for user-assisted 3D and voxel asset creation. Users can provide their own source images and use the application to generate 3D models, voxel assets, meshes, textures, and related production assets. This generation runs locally on the user’s computer using model files bundled with the application. VoxelForge does not connect to an external AI service during normal use. It does not require a Hugging Face account, API key, cloud generation service, or external server connection at runtime. User input images and generated outputs are not uploaded to our servers. The AI features are intended as creative tools for asset production. Users are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary rights to any images or source material they import, and for reviewing generated outputs before using or distributing them.

RefmusePaper uses generative AI through the Refmuse online workbench to help users create and edit wallpaper images. Live AI generation requires an internet connection, a Refmuse account, and available credits. Users can enter prompts and optionally use reference images to generate or modify wallpaper artwork. Generated content is processed through the Refmuse service and is subject to safety, moderation, and abuse-prevention policies. RefmusePaper may also use AI-assisted sample artwork, screenshots, capsule/library artwork, and promotional materials to represent the wallpaper creation workflow.
