Where do games disclose AI use?
Search developers’ Steam disclosures, compare classified AI use across
games, and follow recorded changes.
This index adds cross-game classifications and statistics to
statements published on individual store pages.
Groups reflect automatic analysis of public disclosures; mature records are excluded. These counts do not measure AI use across all of Steam.
Missing or unclear statements cannot establish whether a game uses AI.
Some assets and designs were optimized and polished using AI tools. AI was also used to assist with grammar and text corrections for dialogues and in-game text. All game content, art, and core gameplay were created by hand by the development team. No gameplay content or characters are generated by AI.
FLAIR uses generative AI to bring your ideas to life. Players can describe characters, items, buildings, or world elements, and the game will generate them directly in-game. Your creativity shapes the world.
Approximately 70% of the background illustrations were generated using Midjourney. The game's English translation was drafted with AI and then refined through human LQA.
AI was also used for store page translations (other than English and Japanese), audio noise reduction, brainstorming, and parts of the coding process.
The text of the in-game "Study Notes" was generated with AI, then reviewed and edited by a human.
Some videos and images in this game are generated using artificial intelligence. AI tools were used to enhance visual effects and create unique scenes, carefully aligned with the game's art style.
AI was used for enhancing promo-art for the game. Software using AI algorithms was also used to create part of the game's soundtrack. Video trailer voiceover was generated using AI tools.
AI was used to generate some 2D graphics, primarily to improve the quality of some textures to 4K and 8K. Text to Speech was used to create character voices.
Some 2D art in Scalpers’ Spoils began as AI-assisted concepts and were then hand-edited and finalized by our artist. No AI runs during gameplay, and players do not submit prompts or generate content in-game.
[AI-Generated Content Disclosure]As a solo developer facing budget and time constraints, this game utilizes AI-generated assets for certain elements (including character illustrations, background scenes, and UI icons) as well as musical compositions. All AI-generated content has undergone manual refinement:•Frame-by-frame detail adjustments for consistency•Redrawing elements that conflicted with the game's aestheticYuzu guarantees full compliance with Steam's policies, with 100% original core gameplay and storyline.Thank you for your understanding and support!
Some images and content on this page have been created with the help of generative AI tools. These AI-generated assets are used respectfully, adhering to copyright rules and guidelines. We share this information here to be transparent with our players.
During the development of this game, generative AI tools were utilized to create initial concepts and base drafts for some of the visual assets. Most things were first sketched by human imagination, then professionalized by AI to give players the most flawless visual. All of these AI-generated drafts were then heavily edited, redrawn, and finalized by the developer in the pixel art program Aseprite to fully match their unique artistic vision. All final in-game assets reflect the developer's own pixel art style and effort. AI music is also included. The game does not use generative AI to create any content in real-time during gameplay.
In the process of writing the code, building the game world, as well as creating graphics and publishing the game, hints (as a consultation) from artificial intelligence were used.
Generative AI was used to create text descriptions, translations into different languages, as well as the logo and graphic elements.
AI was used during the production of Mr. Toilet to support selected marketing and localization tasks. In particular, we used AI tools to help prepare promotional materials, including the Steam key art, as well as to assist with the translations available in the game.
The music in the trailer has been made with AI. Some code elements have been made with AI-Assistance tooling. In game UI elements have been made with the use of generative AI.
This game used AI-assisted tools during development (for code suggestions and some asset creation/editing). No AI-generated code or content is produced at runtime.
Some visual assets and music in the game were created with the assistance of generative AI tools.
All AI-generated elements were manually reviewed, edited, and integrated into the game by the developer. AI was used only as a creative tool during development, while the final design, gameplay systems, and overall game content were created and implemented by the developer.
No generative AI is used during gameplay or in real-time by players.
Some of the marketing and promotional images used on this store page were created using AI tools to visually represent the game concept. The actual game content, including gameplay mechanics and in-game assets, was entirely developed by the team without any generative AI assistance.
During the development of this game, AI tools were utilized to accelerate the production process and to assist a solo developer in realizing their vision. The use of AI was concentrated in two main areas:
Coding and Software Development: This AI language model (Gemini) was used as an assistant for writing, debugging, and refactoring the game's C# scripts for Unity. All code logic, game design, and final architectural decisions were directed by the developer. Code snippets generated by the AI were reviewed and integrated into the project by the developer.
3D Model and Asset Generation: AI-powered image and model generation tools were used to create some of the 3D models and other visual assets in the game. These tools served as a source of inspiration and a starting point to speed up the development workflow. All generated assets were curated, edited, and finalized by the developer to fit the artistic vision of the game.
The creative vision, game design, and the final version of the game were shaped entirely by human direction and effort.
Some of the art is currently generated by AI as I am a solo developer with no experience. All artwork and models will be replaced with authentic ones in the future but for the early development and my lack of skill this was the best option.
