Declaration of AI-Generated Content for Steam Review Dear Steam Review Team, I would like to clarify the use of AI-generated content in my game, Espectro: A Batalha da Mente. Some assets, including characters, images, and audio, were created using AI tools such as ChatGPT and Bing Image Creator. However, all content is 100% original, based on my own story and characters, which I have been developing for over 10 years. I confirm that: All characters, storylines, and concepts belong to me. AI was only used as a tool to assist in visual and textual representation. The AI-generated assets do not infringe on any existing copyrights or intellectual property, as they were not based on any pre-existing works from other companies or creators. The AI tools used (ChatGPT and Bing) allow commercial use, and their generated content does not violate any rights. No real-time AI generation occurs within the game; all content was pre-rendered before submission. I assure you that my game complies with Steam’s content policies, and I am happy to provide any additional information if necessary. Thank you for your time and consideration. Generative AI has been used to assist on the creation of some elements in the game main screen UI
All visual art and assets in Nightmare Frontier were created entirely by human hands; no art assets in the game have been generated or assisted by AI. Our use of AI is strictly limited to translation and localization. Specifically, AI-powered translation tools were used to help adapt and refine the game's text across different languages.
We used AI to generate pre-rendered images for the in-game paintings, as well as the opening and ending cutscenes.
We used generative artificial intelligence to localize the game into 11 languages and refine and improve the game's texts and dialogues, ensuring better fluidity and quality of the narrative for players.
We used generative AI for some graphics (UI), which were then refined by humans for full integration.
Generative AI was used in some in-game images, specifically for loot items, postcards, and idle manager portraits.
The game uses AI-generated images for some of the in-game design features.
Many of the framed images on the cards and cutscenes were created with the assistance of AI.
The menu song was made by generative AI.
AI was used to generate certain 2D visual elements and a majority of voice acting.
Voices AI
Artificial Intelligence (AI) was used in the creation of texts and symbols. "Wild West Blast" combines cutting-edge technology with classic gameplay mechanics for a unique gaming experience.
voice made by AI
We used AI voice synthesis tools for the voiceovers and some of the music in the game.
AI was used to process the voice of the voice actor.
Artificial intelligence was used in generation of the game backgrounds
The text and voiceover for the characters were generated by AI.
The trees in the Germany Stage (shown in the first trailer) were generated with retro-diffusion. I intend to replace them with hand-drawn trees in the final game. There's also the "modern art" enemy that has ai-generated images displayed inside a frame. Besides that everything is hand made.
The game uses AI-generated music for the in-game radio and AI-created images for posters and billboards.
Some visual assets — such as community materials, marketing content, and select transition screens — were created with limited AI assistance. All final in-game art is created by our artists.
AI was used to generate some of the images and to animate the historical characters.
Wacky West had some AI art placeholders that were since replaced with hand made assets.
The Dark Cowboy is a solo-developed project created over several years in Unreal Engine. To achieve a cinematic experience as a single creator, AI tools were integrated into the production workflow in a few specific areas. Cinematics & Visuals Generative AI tools assisted in creating visual material for cinematic sequences, as well as static artwork for loading screens and promotional imagery. Audio & Voice Performances Character dialogue is performed using voice models derived from licensed human voice performances, alongside select atmospheric tracks to enhance the game’s immersive soundscape. Writing & Localization Language models assisted with editorial review of scripts and helped produce translations across the game's 14 supported languages. All such elements were carefully directed, manually refined, and integrated by the developer to ensure they fully support the atmosphere and storytelling of The Dark Cowboy.
This game and associated materials uses AI generated audio and visual graphics content. All AI generated content is commercially licensed from the industries leading AI generation platforms.
The game itself does not contain AI generated content at all. But the Steam main image and the Menu background image was created with AI support.
2D narrative images are created with A.I assistance. All images are then reworked to fit our ArtStyle
