I make use of AI-powered tools during the promotional process of my game. Additionally, the in-game background music was created with the assistance of generative AI. All content produced with the help of AI is reviewed and refined by me before being finalized.
AI assisted in coding and translation, with human verification.
This game includes pre-generated assets created with generative AI tools during development. Visual artwork was generated using Midjourney and music was generated using Suno, and these assets were curated and integrated by the developer as part of the game's creative pipeline. The narrative, game design, and dialogue were written by the developer, and the game runs on a custom-built engine developed specifically for this project. The game does not generate AI content dynamically during gameplay.
A limited number of background images and sprites were created with generative AI. Most assets and all gameplay were created manually, the other rest is self-created or from the Unity Asset Store.
Generative AI was used strictly as a technical tool to digitize original, hand-drawn pencil sketches. Each asset in the game reflects the developer’s physical drawings 1:1, with AI only assisting in the translation of paper lines into a clean digital format. No additional details or artistic elements were generated by the AI. All final styling, including the 'blueprint' aesthetic, was performed manually by the developer in graphic design software
Generative AI was used to create the store page capsule images and marketing banners. All in-game vector graphics and code were created manually by the developer.
Neofold includes real-time generated AI content, such as its recommended "Infinity Mode", which uses a local diffusion model to generate infinite unique creatures in real-time using your GPU. No external servers are used. No generation happens without your prior input, ensuring stable performance during your work and gaming sessions. Neofold includes pre-generated AI content, such as its alternate "Lite Mode", which uses a giant set of pre-generated creatures for players without a suitable video card.
Some visual assets and character concepts in this game were created with the assistance of AI-based tools and were further refined and integrated by the developer. No real-time AI-generated content is used during gameplay.
Used AI image editor/generator for card art assets.
To ensure the best quality for Velocide Overdrive, generative AI was used as a supportive tool in the development process: - Visual Assets: A very small number of icons and static images were initially generated using AI, then manually retouched and integrated. The vast majority of the game's visuals are procedurally generated via code or created manually. - Audio: The soundtrack and effects are a blend of human creation and AI-assisted composition. Some AI-generated audio elements have been manually modified, mixed, and finalized by the developer to ensure they perfectly match the gameplay experience. - Code & Testing: AI tools were utilized to assist with coding logic, debugging, and optimization to ensure game stability. All AI-assisted content in this game is pre-rendered and has been reviewed by the developer.
Adobe Photoshop and other AI-powered image generation tools were used during the development of this game.
Inside Wave understands the concerns surrounding generative AI. Since the Inside Wave is currently a solo developer, AI is applied in areas that are impossible or extremely difficult to implement effectively without additional resources and specialists.
Character images where created based on face images of characters. Logos were also generated based on pre-defined descriptions.
AI tools were used in various stages of development, including prototyping, localization and the creation of some visual assets. The project is developed by a single creator, and AI-assisted tools are part of the workflow. All gameplay systems and implementation are authored and controlled by the developer. No generative AI is used at runtime.
Background images and some icons were generated using AI tools. Portions of the music were generated using the AI music tool Suno.
Our preliminary art for the store is AI generated with a human draw over.
Generative AI tools were used during development in a supportive role. This includes assistance with grammar checks and text refinement, as well as helping translate original German game content into clear and natural English. In addition, AI assisted image generation was used as a basis for selected HUD elements and inventory item visuals, as well as for a small number of in game visual assets. AI assisted tools were used during the creation of the game’s background music. All AI generated content was reviewed, edited, and integrated manually to ensure consistency with the game’s art style and overall presentation.
Background images and UI icons are generated using AI.
AI-assisted tools may be used during development for ideation and temporary assets. Final content is reviewed and approved by the developers.
AI will not be used to generate any artwork or audio that ships with the game. Generative AI and AI agents are used as part of our development workflow. This allows us to create and control and the vast amount of narrative and dialogue texts to make our procedural dialogue system possible. The amount of topics, dialogue paths and character reactions we have planned with this system would not be possible to achieve otherwise. The dialogue content that ships with the game will be curated to be believable, and fits the game's world and lore.
Some Steam Store materials have been created using generative AI. Some in-game assets (descriptions, textures, music) have been created using generative AI.
This game contains art assets that were created with the assistance of generative AI tools. All AI-generated content was heavily curated, edited, and modified by our human art team to ensure it aligns with the game's unique artistic vision and quality standards. We affirm that we have the appropriate rights to all assets, both AI-generated and human-created, used in our game.
Generative AI was used as a supportive tool for the localization (translation) of in-game texts.
This product contains AI-generated images used for certain in-game artwork. As a solo developer without a budget, I don't have means to obtain and use the real art at this moment. In case of commercial success I plan to replace AI-generated art with an art from real artists. All gameplay systems and mechanics are designed by me.
Pre-generated content: - Translations: Generative AI was used for translation into English, with subsequent human review and editing to ensure quality and consistency. - Art, sound, and design: Generative AI was used in the prototyping phase to create reference sketches. Although the final assets, textures, and effects were created by humans, some elements derived from these prototypes may remain. Some sounds have been edited but retain the AI-generated base. Live-generated content: - None. Airana's dialogues were written entirely by humans, using AI solely as a creative reference to define her personality and tone, without generating text in real time.
This game uses AI for generating artwork
AI was used to create the teaser animation, as well as to create references for some images.
Sound effects, some 3D models and some textures are AI generated.
Some images were created using A.I. - My only fear is that I might have created sentient in the process. Pray for me CyberSoul.
This game uses AI tools for translation of in-game text and content, creation of select art assets and visual elements, and for generating the cover image displayed on the Steam store page. All AI-assisted content has been reviewed and curated to ensure quality and alignment with the game's creative vision.
Most visual assets and sound effects, as well as all voice acting, were created using artificial intelligence.
This game uses generative AI tools during development only. AI is used to support the creative process, such as early prototyping, idea iteration, and auxiliary development materials. All content present in the final game — including gameplay, visuals, audio, and narrative elements — is designed, reviewed, and approved by the developers.
Some graphical assets were AI-generated.
AI-translated
The narrator's voice in the game was generated using pre-generated AI voice synthesis tools.
Artificial intelligence has been used as a supporting tool in the background design and concept art of store visuals.

The Logo, Game Cover, and the Images required to get the game on Steam. This does not include Screen shots of actual in game play.
This game utilized generative AI technologies during development to assist in creating specific assets. The details are as follows: Art: Certain visual assets in the game (such as character sprites and icons) were generated with the assistance of AI tools (Scenario) and were subsequently refined and selected by human artists. Music: Background music was created using a licensed AI music generation service (SOUNDRAW), which generates tracks based on its internal copyright library. Text and Development: AI tools were used solely to assist with text polishing and code debugging. The core narrative, plot, and game logic were personally designed by the developer.
This game uses generative AI tools during development to assist with concept art, visual ideation, and early image drafts, as well as initial text prototyping. All final in-game visuals, UI elements, written content, and gameplay systems are curated, reviewed, and approved by the development team. No generative AI is used to create content dynamically during gameplay, and no player-facing content is generated in real time.
"The Strongest Evolution: EVO Card" utilizes Generative AI not as a shortcut, but as a core "Mutation Engine" to fit the game's biopunk theme. Visual Assets: The creature mutations, body parts, and UI elements are generated using AI tools. However, they are not raw outputs; every asset has been heavily curated, retouched, and assembled by human developers to ensure a consistent and unique art style. Concept: The infinite possibilities of evolution in the game mirror the generative nature of AI. We treat AI as the "Mad Scientist" inside the lab, allowing for a volume of biological variations that would be impossible with traditional methods. Safety: All AI-generated content is manually reviewed to ensure it complies with copyright laws and contains no illegal or offensive material.
We used AI tools to assist with the translation of the store page and in-game text. All translated content has been reviewed and refined by the developer to maintain quality and accuracy.
