Where do games disclose AI use?
Search developers’ Steam disclosures, compare classified AI use across
games, and follow recorded changes.

statements published on individual store pages.
Groups reflect automatic analysis of public disclosures; mature records are excluded. These counts do not measure AI use across all of Steam.
Missing or unclear statements cannot establish whether a game uses AI.
Our game uses AI-generated images as a starting point for background art and concept designs.
These AI-generated images are then heavily edited and refined manually by our artists to ensure unique and high-quality assets.
AI is not used during live gameplay, and all final game assets are reviewed and modified by human artists before implementation.
Background Music (Suno)
Voice Over Audio (XTTS)
All voice over audio was created with permission from the voice actor. Cosmic Construct has a constructed language (conlang) spoken by the game's characters.
Use of AI for color enhancement, lighting, and character posing, combined with Adobe suite programs for the final touch.
Applied to the various banners for the Steam store.
AI was used for grammar and spell checking, as well as for brainstorming certain problems. A select few generated images were used as a starting point and then further manipulated using image editing software. One example is a generated skull image that was used in the background of some menus. These were heavily altered to have a dithered, pixelated look.
No AI was used for any of the sprites found in the game (e.g., the monsters, menu icons, and so on). These were handmade by the awesome artists behind the Dungeon Crawl Stone Soup tileset.
AI tools were used during development to assist in generating early draft concepts for some environmental assets.
All final in-game content, visuals, audio, and text were manually created, refined, and validated by the development team.
No AI tools are available to players, and no AI generates content during gameplay.
This game includes some content created with the assistance of AI tools. All AI‑generated assets have been reviewed, refined, and integrated to ensure originality and compliance with copyright and trademark standards.
The current iteration of the game (the 5th Dimension World Builder application) does not utilize A.I. technology.
However the beta release of the game following the end of early access in 2026, will empower players to create in-game companions called Mechs that will utilize large language model technology to produce humanlike conversational responses to questions and comments from players during the course of gameplay user experience
Over 99% of all graphical content was created manually. AI-assisted tools were used additionally for selected cutscene illustrations and the title screen and currently serve as placeholders. Gameplay, programming, and game design were developed entirely without AI.
I'm using AI to generate the store capsule image, running the AI locally on my PC. The image does not violate any copyrights and accurately represents content from my game.
Some pre-rendered assets, such as images, were created using generative AI and then modified by hand to meet the required design and quality standards. No live generative AI is used.
The vast majority of the artwork in the game was created by our team of artists, hired freelancers or purchased on market places. In some cases, AI was used to generate reference images to assist with the creative process, but all final assets were either fully redrawn or significantly refined by human artists to ensure quality and originality.
Generative AI may have been used in creating pre-rendered or live-generated content for this game. All such content is the result of a human-led artistic and creative process.
The promotional image for the game, which is also used as the image for the 'play' button on both the home screen and character selection screen, was generated using AI along with some amount of human made alterations.

All gameplay, design, and final assets were created and refined by hand.
It will be used to help generate randomness and realism to the NPC interactions. The hope is pull content from my book, Children of Arla, to help support the plot and story in the game.
I use AI and machine translation for text translations within the game and on the store page (The original text is written by a human), as well as resolving some programming processes (less than 1% of total codes), but these are followed by human review and correction of the content. I have not used AI for any graphics assets or BGM resources.
Some armor sets, mount textures, building textures, character textures and game store page art is generated with AI. The animated trailer is also made with AI.

This game does not use generative AI to produce content during gameplay.
Some AI tools were used during development (i.e., code drafting, proofreading, and asset prototyping), but all core game content was created and finalized by human developers.
