Public Steam disclosure research 25,376 disclosures tracked
Search developers’ Steam disclosures, compare classified AI use across games, and follow recorded changes. This index adds cross-game classifications and statistics to statements published on individual store pages.
Code help, debugging and other development work.
Capsule art, trailers and promotional material.
Pre-made art, audio, writing and other game assets.
Interactive or runtime AI features disclosed by the developer.
Groups reflect automatic analysis of public disclosures; mature records are excluded. These counts do not measure AI use across all of Steam. Missing or unclear statements cannot establish whether a game uses AI.
It will be used for in-game text and translation of the game description page in all languages except Korean.
Game characters are created with artificial intelligence
AI was used to create voiceovers and image material for marketing purposes. No AI was used in the game itself.
Presidential Rise uses AI-assisted tools for visual art, dialogue generation, and text translation to enhance development and localization.
Some of the visual assets both in the game and in the promotional materials were created with AI's help.
We apply artificial intelligence to enhance original materials in 2D content, such as character avatars and loading screens. Initially, we capture a screenshot of the staging scene within the game. Subsequently, this screenshot undergoes processing using artificial intelligence while preserving all key proportions and details of the original material. Following this, our artists conduct final processing if necessary.
During the development process, we may use procedural and AI-based tools to assist in content creation. In all of these cases, the final product reflects the creativity and expression of our own development team. Examples include voiceover audio, badges, and calling cards.
For our game, we've generated the following content using pre-production AI tools: 1.Hero illustrations for the gacha interface. 2.Hero icons. Background music for the game.
Some images are created using AI.
Some static 2D art assets such as key art, loading screens, and promotional images were created using AI-assisted tools and then manually edited by the developer. The game itself does not use AI to generate any live content, dialogue, or gameplay elements.
Only a small amount of non-core code and the melody of the opening theme in this game are generated by AI; no AI technology is used for the core creative content including core code, gameplay logic and the lyrics composition of the opening theme.
Real voice acting but with AI modulation for voice variety. Some elements of 2D artwork.
The promotional and waiting images of the game use generative AI to make the work more complete. The actual content of the game lacks generative AI
Using stable diffusion, a part of NPC portrait images are generated by AI.
The music was pre-rendered content using generative artificial intelligence with the use of general commercial terms allowed. Some of the store assets were also created using pre-rendered art from generative artificial intelligence and customized by the developer in another software to create a personalized touch.
We use AI during our production process to facilitate quest integration through our in-house tool, HanaCore. It allows us to synthesize, correct, and integrate quests while fully respecting the existing lore. We also use AI to assist with code generation, helping us save valuable development time.
In early development of this game placeholder art, some audio and a little in-game text was generated by AI. This content, for the most part, will be removed as we move from Alpha to Beta and into release. However, it is possible that some of this will remain in the game upon release.
The game contains a few AI generated images which have been modified by real artists.
In the store page the main capsule was done started by AI generated image and then expanded and edited in photoshop to finalize and customize it for our needs.
Using AI for steam page resources: base for description, logo background etc.
AI generated voices and images
AI was used to create some of the images.
Some icons and graphics utilize AI placeholders, but we hope to replace these with finalized artwork by the time of the full release.
AI has been used for translation and for some wallpaper/background art (pre-rendered)
This game includes content created with the help of AI tools. -Character's portraits -Skill icons -Main menu art
AI generated images were used for the Cosmic Huntress hero art and her spell icons. Manual modifications were made to each image to ensure consistency.
The images in the main menu were generated by artificial intelligence

Head Image generation only. Head & Achievement Images
Used for marketing assets only
AI in store page
The game logo was partially done and built upon an A.I. drawing using Microsoft Co-pilot.
The images displayed on some of the screens have been generated using AI, but they are not generated at runtime. Instead, they have been pre-generated and inserted into the game as images.
AI has been utilized to design assets that shape the visual and aesthetic aspects of the game. Additionally, the sound cues from narrators within the game are generated using AI.
Some of the province icon pictures in-game generated or adjusted with AI tools.
Generative AI has been used for no other purpose than to provide background imagery for store artwork and marketing.
We use AI-generated art for Steam capsule and Main Menu background.
We use AI-generated art for Steam capsule and Main Menu background.

A selection of the Avatars in game are AI generated
Yes, I use artificial intelligence. But it just helps to create images. Then I change them and adjust them after the process is complete. So yes, my game uses artificial intelligence.
We do not use live-generated AI in our game. All AI-related work has been curated, and we take great care to correct and finalize all AI-related work to avoid copyright infringement and meet our quality standards. AI is used as part of our art creation workflow. For example, we may create parts of an artwork (texture, illustration...), bring them into a graphics editor, combine, tweak and overpaint them there, then use different AI tools and configurations to inpaint and re-create parts of the artwork or create variations, then bring the results back into a graphics editor and combine and tweak them again. This is repeated until the artwork is complete, at which point we extract and repaint parts of the artwork to create separate layers that can be used for animation or simply allow us to be more flexible with the artwork. AI is also used to extend artwork for different aspect ratios, to select parts of an image, or to upscale artwork. As a small game studio we use AI to help our artists and creatives to improve our output and stay competitive. We understand that AI is a topic of concern for many. Our idea is to use these tools responsibly to support and not substitute. Thank you for supporting our small studio. Your trust and understanding means the world to us as we strive to bring you the best gaming experience possible.
Some static graphical elements were created with generative AI
Some art content is made by AI.
AI is exclusively utilized in the pre-generated assets, with no live-generated AI employed. Following tools are used: Photoshop AI (main tool): Utilized for improving art, inpainting, and outpainting. Magnific AI: Employed for creative upscaling. Midjourney: Utilized for concept art generation of some assets. Subsequently, assets undergo a manual improvement process in Photoshop by combining different elements from the concept art to maintain a consistent art style. For robot hand animations, the process involves Spine and Adobe After Effects. Additionally, vehicles usually undergo the creation of a 3D model in Blender.
-Images created with artificial intelligence
We provide an AI assisted tool for players to create their own cosmetics for our game. It exclusively is used as a UGC tool, so players do not need to achieve high technical skills to be able to create new content for DFUSE.
Artificial intelligence has been used in store materials due to financial difficulties.
