Where do games disclose AI use?
Search developers’ Steam disclosures, compare classified AI use across
games, and follow recorded changes.
This index adds cross-game classifications and statistics to
statements published on individual store pages.
Groups reflect automatic analysis of public disclosures; mature records are excluded. These counts do not measure AI use across all of Steam.
Missing or unclear statements cannot establish whether a game uses AI.
For the visuals of our game’s store page, we utilized generative artificial intelligence to create some of the content. However, all of these visuals have been personally edited and refined by me using Photoshop and other editing software. The AI-generated content only served as a basic framework, and all designs, color adjustments, compositions, and final touches have been carefully reviewed and adjusted by me. Additionally, I have ensured that the created visuals do not infringe on any existing copyrights, and I guarantee their compliance with legal standards. If there are any issues with missing credits or references for certain sounds, visuals, or elements, I will promptly correct them and provide proper attribution where necessary.
At present, the game is being developed by one person, and AI assistance is used to improve efficiency. In terms of code and illustrations, dubbing, and music, if there is funding, manual updates will be used to improve the quality of the game.
We used AI-based image generation tools to create our visual assets (store banners, concept art, and some in-game backgrounds). Voice performances were recorded manually, then processed with AI audio tools to enhance and modulate the actor’s voice (e.g. adjusting thickness and tone). No generative AI is used during actual gameplay or to create code or dialogue in real time.
Generative AI was utilized during development to create Steam capsule designs, in-game UI assets, and the trailer music. All assets produced using AI are fully owned and licensed for commercial use by us.
AI was used to create translation, some game item icons, avatars and backgrounds for news. All locations, monsters, characters and items, as well as all original texts are created entirely by human artists.
This game uses generative AI tools to assist in the development of certain asset content. All AI-generated materials have been manually reviewed and modified. No real-time AI-generated content is present during gameplay.
Some character models, textures, sound effects, and images used in this game were created using AI-assisted tools. These AI-generated elements represent only a small portion of the game and are not generated in real time during gameplay.
This game uses AI-generated content in limited ways:
The logo was created using ChatGPT.
English voice acting was generated with ElevenLabs.
No other AI tools were used.
Some of the visual assets featured in our game have been created using AI-powered tools.
We believe in blending human creativity with cutting-edge technology to deliver a unique visual experience. While most of the game’s art is handcrafted by our team, select elements were enhanced or generated with the help of AI to push artistic boundaries and streamline production.
Thank you for your continued support and feedback!
No One Leaves the Field uses AI tools in limited, assistive ways to support development.
Writing & Localization: Some in-game text and translations were initially drafted using AI-assisted tools, then reviewed, edited, and finalized by a human developer.
Code Support: AI was occasionally used to assist with routine scripting and debugging within Unity, but all gameplay systems, logic, and design decisions were implemented and tested by hand.
No AI Art or Audio: All visuals, characters, sound effects, and music were created by humans or sourced from licensed assets.
The final creative direction, story, and design were fully authored and curated by the development team at Digital Sagas LLC.
Developer's Note: I used AI assistance to translate this store page into multiple languages to make it more accessible to players around the world. If you spot any strange wording or errors, feel free to let me know!
In developing “SPIDER HOTEL,” we used Adobe’s generative-AI tools, which provide commercial-use licensing, to assist in creating the following static asset:
• background textures for player nameplates
After generation, all assets were reviewed and further edited by the development team to ensure originality and compliance with Valve guidelines and Adobe’s licensing terms. No generative AI runs while the game is being played, and no player data is ever sent to external AI services.
Some audio and visual assets were created using generative AI, including voice recordings, end credits music, and certain character images and achievement icons.
Gameplay systems and mechanics do not rely on AI-generated content.
All generated assets are owned and licensed by us.
ChatGPT helped me write the notes scattered throughout the game, and I made minor modifications to the text. The game icon and splash image are AI-generated.
AI technology is used for 3D model creation.
AI-generated images are used for logo marks and backgrounds on store pages.
AI is used when searching for music sample materials.
Most of the images used in the game utilize AI.
"Niji Voice" is used for character voices.
AI is used for video production.
-AI was used on the game page to create animations in the trailer (character movements) and to edit images for news about the game.
-AI was used in the game for one image; to insert text into the game script; to check the grammar in scripts.
A small number of textures and descriptive texts were based on AI-generated content and then appropriately refined by hand to produce the final assets.
For the voice content in my game, I used a generative AI tool, ElevenLabs, to create the voice of the cat. However, after generating the voice, I modified and adjusted it to match the tone and specific needs of my game. No other form of AI-generated content is used in the development of the game.
During the development process, I used generative AI as a supportive tool for creating some reference images and for proofreading text. All materials created with AI assistance were carefully edited and refined by me. Most of the visual elements were created without using AI. The game itself does not use real-time AI content generation.
Most of our assets are hand-made, but there are a scattered handful of assets that were AI generated. Background skybox, distant castles, and even a few small entities. Things like that.
