I had a clear vision for my game but am just some guy trying to make games so I can spend more time with my kids. So I used Ai to assist me in turning my vision into art. I purchased assets from multiple artists as I fully believe in supporting the arts, however certain things I had to make myself and couldn't afford to commission an artist.
The key art used in this game's store capsules and cover was created with the assistance of generative AI tools, then edited and composited by the developer (logo and layout added manually). AI tools were also used to assist with translating menu text and store page descriptions. All gameplay content — code, in-game sprites, animations, music, and sound effects — was created by human artists or licensed from human-made asset packs. No AI-generated content appears in the game itself.
AI tools were used during development to assist with the creation and editing of some visual assets, including characters, UI icons, and background elements. Some assets created or edited with the assistance of AI tools are included in the game.
Generative AI was used during development as a supporting tool to create secondary assets and assist with text revision. All AI-generated content was manually reviewed, edited, and integrated into the game engine to ensure the project's visual and gameplay consistency.

The hero image, small capsule, main capsule, vertical capsule, library capsule, library hero image, library logo and library home page art were created with AI assistance. Generative AI tools assisted with portions of the game's code, comedic written content, and certain original visual assets. The game also includes 12 pre-generated instrumental music tracks made with Suno. All AI-assisted material was reviewed, edited, and integrated by the developer. Pre-generated AI content: Some of the game's 2D illustrations — world and game-mode cover art, story-scene illustrations, character portraits, and store/promotional images — were created with the assistance of generative AI image tools. Every image was prompted, curated, selected and edited by the developer. Portions of the game's source code were written with the assistance of an AI coding tool, always under direct human direction, review and testing. Gameplay sprites, user interface, and fonts come from licensed third-party asset packs or were made by hand. The game does NOT generate any content with AI at runtime: all content is fixed at development time, and no player data is sent to any AI service.
Generative AI was used to create promotional store artwork and marketing images. The released gameplay does not use real-time generative AI.
This game has used AI to help with concept arts and characters.

We at GabaCool believe in the beauty of human art. Hence, we don't allow ourselves to create art by AI. We use it for coding, no worries we are professional engineers. We also use it for voice line generation, as we are a small team in the bootstrap phase. Localization is another point. We are dedicated to remedy this. Where we will never use it: Story, Art, Music, Models, and all creative. Because that's what makes us human.
Some promotional images and in-game 2D visual assets were created or edited with the assistance of generative AI tools. All final assets were reviewed and edited by our art team before inclusion in the game/store page. We have checked the content to ensure it does not include illegal or infringing material.

Generative artificial intelligence has been used by the developer to vastly improve the performance of the developers code with respect to loading times.
