Search developers’ Steam disclosures, compare classified AI use across games, and follow recorded changes. This index adds cross-game classifications and statistics to statements published on individual store pages.
Code help, debugging and other development work.
Capsule art, trailers and promotional material.
Pre-made art, audio, writing and other game assets.
Interactive or runtime AI features disclosed by the developer.
Groups reflect automatic analysis of public disclosures; mature records are excluded. These counts do not measure AI use across all of Steam. Missing or unclear statements cannot establish whether a game uses AI.
The BGM and SFX in this game were generated using artificial intelligence and then refined by the developer before being used.
Some store art generated with AI help.
AI-generated images were used for the cover and parts of the UI, and AI models were used in the 3D modeling of the characters and some background elements (characters, dam).
AI-generated resources were used for certain character voice lines in the promotional trailer.
As a husband and wife team, we use AI tools to help us prototype ideas and styles, but are working with artists to update as many assets as possible with a focus on allowing artists to do what they do best.
The creation of some 2D textures and illustrative assets was aided by the use of image-generation tools, and a small number of 3D models were generated using AI-based modeling services. These assets were selected, edited, and integrated manually by the developer and are part of a larger set of handcrafted and traditionally created content. This project is developed by a single independent developer with no external art team. Given the scope of the game and the scale of required environmental and illustrative assets, the limited use of AI-assisted tools makes it feasible to build and maintain a world of this size while remaining an independently developed project. All AI-assisted content is curated, modified, and incorporated by the developer to fit the game’s artistic direction and gameplay needs.
We use AI-generated tools to create some of the promotional artwork and store assets (banners and capsules).
Model and image production were carried out using AI technology
Some images, text, and sounds in this game might have been generated, in whole or in part, by generative artificial intelligence.
Artificial intelligence was used to generate the in-game songs.
Visual Assets: We utilized AI tools to assist in the creation of certain static visual assets, including cutscene CGs, character illustrations, and video promotional materials. All AI-generated visuals have been manually reviewed and refined by our art team to ensure quality and compliance. Audio Assets: Portions of the background music and sound effects were composed using AI synthesis tools. Compliance: We verify that all AI-generated content in the game has been reviewed to ensure it does not contain any illegal content or infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.
The game uses traditional in-game artificial intelligence for zombie behavior, such as movement, combat, and player detection. These systems are part of normal gameplay logic and were manually implemented and configured by the developer. No generative artificial intelligence tools were used to create game content such as art, audio, models, animations, or written text.
Generative AI tools were used to create some visual assets included in the game. All AI-generated graphics were reviewed, edited, and curated by the developer before being integrated into the final product. The game does not use AI to generate content in real time during gameplay.
Generative AI tools are used in War Commander to modify existing art assets. Some 2D animations are created using our own custom characters and AI tools.
The game is developed with assistance of generative AI.
Logo or image for the marketing
Some Generative AI is used. Knowing we are 2 young devs, we do not have a lot of budget, things will change in the future. We use AI for some of the cosmetics, majority of it are human made. Our code can sometimes be corrected or debugged by Agentic AI.
AI has been utilized in the development of this game in the following ways: - Programming - Concepting and illustrations - Descriptive texts
Some visual assets were created or refined using generative AI tools during development. All AI-assisted assets were reviewed, edited, and integrated by the developer. The game does not generate content dynamically using AI during gameplay.
AI is used in order to create a better background and focus on the core parts of the game, we use AI to help create some background art and minor NPCs in the story. After the AI generates these images, our artists still need to refine them to ensure that the style of the background and minor NPCs matches the environment, UI, and main characters drawn by our talented artists.

As a solo developer, I have used AI to generate text descriptions and some images related to the game. 99% of the game has been hand crafted by Jacob Colvin or sourced and licensed from the FAB Marketplace.
All cards in the game that currently have art are created using various AI generators and models. All AI artwork contained within this game is to be considered temporary over a long term period of time. Some AI generated artworks may be replaced by human-made artwork of the course of this game's existence. New cards added into the game may or may not contain AI artworks. Any replacements of AI to human-made artworks will always be announced in the game's Discord server.
All marketing was AI Generated - except the screenshots and demo video. Most source code was vibe coded, though it's getting too complex for the better models and I've done a lot of personal touch-ups. How much AI will be used for more than research going forward is up to see.
This game uses AI-generated music for its soundtrack. AI tools were also used to assist with code development during production.
The 3D models are standard purchased assets (e.g., Synty Studios) and are NOT AI-generated. Generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) were used to assist in writing parts of the game code during development. The background music tracks and sound effects were created using generative AI tools. Additionally, some marketing materials on the Store Page (such as the logo and capsule artwork) were created using generative AI tools.
AI Has Been Used To Create The Game Capsules and Few images used in game
This game uses generative AI as a support tool during development, including for certain technical tasks, assistance with translating some content, and a limited portion of certain visuals such as some backgrounds. However, most assets used in the game come from asset packs purchased from third-party creators. All content included in the game is manually reviewed, adjusted when necessary, and approved by the studio. Generative AI is not used in real time during gameplay.

We used AI for coding assistance
To bring this vision to life as a solo developer, I have utilized generative AI tools to craft the game’s art, music, and UI. This allowed me to focus 100% of my manual effort on balancing the competitive PvP, PvE, and complex environmental mechanics that define the core experience. Generative AI was used throughout development to create the game's audiovisual content, including 2D environmental assets, emblems, musical, and promotional video materials. All assets have been vetted to ensure they are unique to this project and non-infringing.
Some artwork used on the Steam store page and marketing materials for this game was created with the assistance of generative AI tools. The game itself does not contain any AI-generated or AI-driven content.
We've harnessed the power of Generative AI technology to create several of our game's unique theme background artworks, enhancing your gaming experience with visually stunning designs.
AI-generated content includes: * Promotional graphics for the Steam Store page. (GPT) * UI icons and game main icon. (GPT) * Initial translations for in-game text. (GPT) * Voice synthesis for the "Rabbit" character. (ElevenLabs)
We have utilized generative AI tools during the development process to assist in the creation of various 2D and 3D assets. This includes certain environmental textures, 2D UI elements, and some base 3D models. All AI-generated content has been manually reviewed, edited, and refined by our team to ensure quality and originality. These assets are pre-generated and are not created in real-time during gameplay.
Tic Tac Football uses AI-controlled opponents to allow players to compete in single-player matches, cups, and leagues. AI players follow the same rules as human players and are designed to provide a fair, accessible challenge focused on positioning, timing, and decision-making rather than speed or complex simulation.
The development of The Utopian Project makes limited use of AI-assisted tools during early production, primarily for concept exploration and background asset iteration. All final content is curated, reviewed, and integrated by the development team.
Some sound effects and music in the game were created using AI-assisted tools.
We optionally support generative AI content for player created custom game mode card artwork and custom token 3D models.
AI generates some pictures and icons
Generative AI tools were used exclusively in the creation of certain store page visual assets (such as promotional images and graphical materials). All gameplay elements, in-game content, mechanics, design, and implementation were created and finalized by the developer. No generative AI was used in the development of the game itself. Generative AI was used solely as a visual asset creation tool for marketing materials displayed on the store page.
Some content on this page and in the game was developed with the help of AI tools.
The game was coded using the help of tools like Github Copilot. The code was mostly done by hand.
