Declaration of AI-Generated Content for Steam Review Dear Steam Review Team, I would like to clarify the use of AI-generated content in my game, Espectro: A Batalha da Mente. Some assets, including characters, images, and audio, were created using AI tools such as ChatGPT and Bing Image Creator. However, all content is 100% original, based on my own story and characters, which I have been developing for over 10 years. I confirm that: All characters, storylines, and concepts belong to me. AI was only used as a tool to assist in visual and textual representation. The AI-generated assets do not infringe on any existing copyrights or intellectual property, as they were not based on any pre-existing works from other companies or creators. The AI tools used (ChatGPT and Bing) allow commercial use, and their generated content does not violate any rights. No real-time AI generation occurs within the game; all content was pre-rendered before submission. I assure you that my game complies with Steam’s content policies, and I am happy to provide any additional information if necessary. Thank you for your time and consideration. Some base art assets and music tracks in our game were initially created using AI tools as a foundation, but have been significantly modified and enhanced by our development team. We do not use any real-time AI generation during gameplay. All AI-generated content has been carefully curated, edited, and integrated into the final game design to ensure quality and consistency.
We use artificial intelligence to generate some images in the game, focusing on environmental elements that enhance the atmosphere and immersive feel. Other visual assets were created through traditional methods to preserve artistic consistency. Our goal is to maintain a balance between AI-generated content and hand-crafted assets, ensuring that each part of the visual experience aligns cohesively with the game’s dark, mysterious atmosphere and narrative themes. No AI is used for real-time gameplay elements, and all character interactions and core gameplay were developed manually.

As a solo developer, I rely on AI tools to make my game a reality. I use ChatGPT to translate my game's text from my native language to English, ensuring it's accessible to everyone.
