Generative AI assisted some promotional artwork, including Steam capsule images.
We use AI to assist with ideation for some art assets, music, and programming, as well as to support asset creation during the prototyping stage. All final assets are manually recreated, arranged, refined, and exported by our team.
Generative AI was used during development to create some visual artwork and background music. The generated content was reviewed by the development team before being included in the game. The game does not generate AI content during gameplay.
This game uses generative AI tools to assist in the creation of pre-rendered visual assets (concept art, textures, background illustrations, key visuals), sound effects, and background music. All AI-generated content is reviewed, edited, and curated by the developer before being included in the final build. No AI generation occurs during gameplay, and no external AI services are connected at runtime.
AI was used in the marketing materials for this game.
Machine translation programs have been used for translations into the various languages, except for Spanish and English.
The game includes pre-generated AI-assisted content, including some character and card illustrations, boss videos, and portions of localized text. These assets are produced during development and included with the game. The game does not request new images, text, or voices from generative AI services during play.
Generative AI tools were used during development to assist with programming, gameplay and balance systems, mission and narrative text, UI copy, Korean–English localization, and some store and marketing text. Generative AI was also used to create an early pre-rendered concept image for the game's visual direction. The current in-game character and environment artwork, fonts, music, and most sound effects are human-created assets used under their respective licenses. The game does not generate content with AI at runtime, and players cannot submit prompts or interact with generative AI.
Translations of some texts.
Pre-generated content: part of the game's art (backgrounds, character and enemy sprites, portraits, props, key art and capsule images) was created with generative image tools (Google Gemini, PixelLab) and then reviewed, cut, edited and assembled by hand by the developer. Some sound effects were produced with AI audio tools (ElevenLabs). Parts of the source code were written with the assistance of an AI coding assistant (Anthropic Claude) under the developer's direction and review. The story, game design, world, dialogue and puzzles are the developer's own work. Live-generated content: none. The game does not generate any content with AI while it is running.
Guildmaster Simulator is developed independently, and I use generative AI as one of the tools that helps me bring the game to life. As I am not a professional graphic designer or illustrator, AI-assisted tools have helped me create selected visual assets, character artwork, interface elements and promotional imagery that I can then review, refine and adapt to fit the game’s established style. Generative AI has also assisted with portions of the game’s written content, including some quest, event and narrative text. All AI-assisted content is reviewed, edited and shaped by me before being included in the game to ensure it fits the world, characters, gameplay systems and overall creative direction of Guildmaster Simulator. No generative AI is used during gameplay. All AI-assisted content is created during development and is fixed within the shipped game.
This game contains content created with the assistance of AI tools. AI was used during development to assist with programming, visual assets, and other creative elements. All generated content was reviewed, edited, and integrated by the dev.
FableBrawl uses pre-generated AI content for Storybook artwork, store artwork, some music and sound effects, and translations. These assets are created during development and shipped as finished files. No content or code is generated by AI during gameplay, and the game does not call an external generative AI service while you play. Storybook mode art is AI-generated; if you prefer no AI art, you can use Rough Draft mode art. Community Mode is a work-in-progress version supported by the generous donations of our community.
Our team uses generative AI tools to help develop some in game assets.
This game utilizes generative AI technologies in the following areas: [Pre-generated Content] Part of BGM: AI-generated audio is temporarily used as placeholder assets during development (to be progressively replaced in future updates). [Real-time Generation during Gameplay] In-Game Text: Dynamic generation of dialogues and narrative text tailored to in-game situations. Character Voice: Real-time speech synthesis for character voices based on generated text. *All real-time generation processes run entirely locally and securely on the player's machine, with no data transmitted to external servers. Furthermore, there is no feature allowing players to freely input custom text or prompts.

The images were created using AI
The game contains AI generated visuals, which will be removed through further development. Replacement of AI generated contents will be announced and after full replacement the Generative Artificial Intelligence notice in the store page will be removed together.
All core assets originate from the creativity of our human artists. The use of AI tools is strictly limited to assisting and refining the environmental background designs.
Using AI for localization translation
Some art in Bonefall was made with generative AI tools and then cut, edited and fitted into the game by hand: the opening cinematic, the title-screen key art, the store and marketing art, and parts of the environment (the graveyard floor and scenery, the boss pillars). The Russian, Korean and Simplified Chinese translations were drafted with AI assistance. The heroes and monsters are human-made open-licensed pixel art (the Liberated Pixel Cup collection, credited in the game), and the sound effects are CC0 recordings. Nothing is generated while you play.
Generative AI tools were used to create illustrations, brief pre-rendered animated sequences, and some store and promotional artwork under the author's direction, selection, and editing. AI tools were also used to assist with translation and language editing. The original novel and its story were written by Takahiro Yonemura. No content is generated by AI while the application is running.
Generative AI tools were used during the development of GIGA BRAIN TACTICS to assist with the creation of certain visual and audio assets, as well as during the game development process. All AI-assisted content is reviewed, refined, and integrated by the developers to ensure consistency with the game's visual style and quality standards.
Some of the game's assets were created with generative AI tools during development and are pre-generated: card illustrations, character portraits and UI artwork (image generation), several 3D character models (Meshy), sound effects, music and the narrated story panels (ElevenLabs). Parts of the code were written with AI coding assistants. All of this content was reviewed and integrated by the developer. The game does not generate any content while you play.
Some audio and visuals may be generated with artificial intelligence.
Generative AI was used during development to assist with game text, narrative, and localization. Store artwork was also created using generative AI. Gameplay screenshots and trailer footage were captured from the game. The game does not generate AI content during play or connect to external AI services.

The artwork in the game includes pieces generated by AI.
Generative AI tools were used during development to assist with the creation and iteration of certain visual assets, artwork, and promotional/store materials for Magic Cursor. AI tools were also used as development assistance for portions of the code. All final content was reviewed, selected, edited where necessary, and integrated by the developer. No AI-generated content is created while the application is running.
Some auxiliary art assets (the overworld map background) used AI tools for concept assistance in the early stage of creation. The developer then conducted extensive manual secondary design and reconstruction, including hand-drawn routes, level node layout, color unification, and UI interaction design. The core gameplay, unit system, combat numerical balance, battle log system, and all strategic logic are purely hand-designed by the developer and do not use AI generation. This is a solo-developed strategy game; AI was only used to improve the efficiency of specific art assets. Thank you for your understanding

All AI-assisted content was reviewed and selected by the development team before being included in the game. Arcane Library does not generate AI content during gameplay and does not connect to external AI services while running.
Generative AI was used to help create capsule and library artwork, store descriptions, and screenshot accessibility text. The game itself does not use generative AI.
Grindveil's art is made with generative AI tools. We generate, then pick, crop, recolour and optimise every piece by hand before it ships, and we throw out the ones that do not fit. The same goes for part of the writing: item and location names, some of the lore in the in-game Codex, and the interface translations for our fourteen languages are drafted with AI help and reviewed by us. Nothing is generated while you play. No AI runs on your machine, nothing you type is sent to an AI service, and every image and every line of text in the game was made and checked before release.

Some store-page and marketing artwork (capsule images, key art) was created with the help of generative AI tools. Some in-game sprite/visual assets were also produced or upscaled with AI-assisted tools as part of the HD remaster. All AI-assisted content is reviewed, edited and curated by the developer.
