All AI-generated content has been reviewed, revised, and finalized by the human development team. Specific usage is disclosed below:[Text]· Portions of script drafts and dialogue have been refined with AI assistance, with all final versions rewritten and proofread by human writers.· Multi-language localization (English, Japanese, Russian, French, Spanish) was produced via AI translation followed by human proofreading and correction.[Art]· Some character portraits, CG illustrations, and background concepts were initially drafted with AI assistance, then redrawn, retouched, colored, and finalized by human artists.· Certain UI elements and icons were AI-assisted and subsequently adjusted by hand.[Audio]· Some background music (BGM) tracks were generated with AI assistance, then curated and post-processed by humans.· All character voice acting is performed by real human voice actors. No AI voice synthesis is used.
This game does not generate any AI content in real-time. Pre-generated AI images were used during the development process to create some of the design assets both inside the game and on the store page (including the capsule art)
The life events for every historical figure highlighted in the game were generated by giving AI access to their Wikipedia profiles and asking it to summarize the text content. The art and the code are entirely human.
This game contains pre-generated AI-created images, including realistic and horror-themed imagery used during gameplay. All content was reviewed and curated by the developer. The game does not include live AI generation or user-generated content.
Generative AI has been used when creating some of the images in the menu and the backgrounds in the game. The technology has also been used when creating and editing some of the audio tracks.
This game contains pre-generated content created with the assistance of generative AI tools during development.
Some icons were assisted by ChatGPT, some music was assisted by Suno, and some voice content was assisted by IndexTTS.
The game does not use generative AI during gameplay and does not generate text, images, music, voice, or other content in real time based on player input.
Generative AI tools were used during the development of this game for programming assistance, localization, and partial text generation.
Some localized text and in-game written content were generated with the assistance of AI-based tools.
Generative AI was used for script proofreading, partial translation, and some in-game textures. To ensure high quality and originality, all AI-generated content has been manually reviewed, refined, and integrated to align with our creative vision.
Billionaire MAX is an indie game where the core game design, mechanics, balance, and creative direction were authored by the developer, while the implementation work was assisted by AI tools.
The following content was created with AI assistance:
- Source code: Game logic, UI, networking, and other code was written with the help of AI coding assistants. All code was reviewed, tested, and integrated by the developer.
- Visual assets: Achievement icons, sector illustrations, and in-game card art were generated with AI image generation tools. The developer curated, edited, and selected every asset before inclusion.
- Sound effects: Created with AI audio generation tools. The developer curated and selected each sound effect before inclusion.
- Localization: Initial drafts of English, Korean, and Simplified Chinese translations were produced with AI assistance, then proofread and refined by the developer.
The following content was NOT created with AI:
- Game design and rules
- Music
- Final QA and gameplay tuning
No AI generation occurs at runtime. The game does not invoke any AI service during gameplay; players never see content produced live by AI.
This game uses generative AI to create and support fictional in-game content, including graphic assets, marketing materials, text, creator names, portraits, and related world-building elements. AI-generated content is used only for fictional game purposes and does not represent real people, companies, or events.
EQUILIBRIUM uses generative AI to power its core gameplay mechanic: the Policy Terminal.
LIVE-GENERATED CONTENT
When a player types a directive or law in natural language (e.g., "Abolish the luxury car tax"), the AI Engine analyzes the request in real time and generates a structured governmental dossier, including:
- Legislative feasibility analysis
- Budget impact and financial coverage
- Macroeconomic effects (GDP, debt, inflation)
- Social and political consensus projections
- Parliamentary vote simulation
Model used: Anthropic Claude, accessed via API.
Guardrails: AI output is constrained to a fixed set of structured fields defined by the developer. All numeric effects are clamped within bounds enforced by the simulation engine, so no AI output can produce values outside the game's defined ranges. The model operates only on the simulation state provided to it and cannot invent game data: commands that cannot be mapped to a valid government action are refused, and the player is offered bounded policy alternatives instead. No image, audio, or user-data generation is involved, and no player data is used to train any model.
Because responses are generated at runtime, outputs vary between playthroughs: the same directive may produce different wording and different outcomes.
PRE-GENERATED CONTENT
The game's background music track was generated using AI tools during development and ships with the game.
AI disclosure: AI assistants were used during development to help write and refine the game's source code and to edit narrative text (board memos, news headlines, event copy). All AI-assisted output was reviewed, edited, and approved by a human before shipping.
After I personally finalized the design phase, some art assets were first rendered using generative AI tools, and I then manually refined and detailed them.
Similarly, certain background music pieces were developed with the help of generative AI tools.
Should you have any concerns about these methods, please feel free to experience the game according to your own preferences. Thank you for your understanding and consideration.

This is a solo independent project. Except for the logo and UI design completed by an external collaborator, all other content was created by the author alone.
Visual assets were generated with AI assistance, with character designs refined through multiple iterations by the author. All character expression variations were hand-drawn by the author, with the protagonist featuring dozens of distinct expressions. Key story CGs were hand-sketched or 3D-posed by the author before final production.
Background music was generated with AI assistance. Some sound effects were recorded on location by the author; others were synthesized.
Some background art in Pantheon is AI-assisted. The characters, story, and all core creative elements are original.
Due to limited funds, AI backgrounds are used for now. With future income, they will be gradually replaced with hand-drawn art.
Thank you for your understanding and support.
This game was developed by a solo beginner from the ground up. AI tools were used during development to assist with coding, learn new software, generating some audio, and create in-game product and console artwork. All game design, systems, and creative direction are my own work.
