Public Steam disclosure research 25,383 disclosures tracked
Search developers’ Steam disclosures, compare classified AI use across games, and follow recorded changes. This index adds cross-game classifications and statistics to statements published on individual store pages.
Code help, debugging and other development work.
Capsule art, trailers and promotional material.
Pre-made art, audio, writing and other game assets.
Interactive or runtime AI features disclosed by the developer.
Groups reflect automatic analysis of public disclosures; mature records are excluded. These counts do not measure AI use across all of Steam. Missing or unclear statements cannot establish whether a game uses AI.
Using Tencent Yuanbao to assist with function algorithms. Using ByteDance Bean Bun to Assist in Image Editing.
There are several NPC portraits basically created by AI and then adjusted manually.
Vocal Audio generated via AI. All other Audio, Visual, and Story assets were generated via Humans.
The game uses AI tools for translations.
All voice lines in Training Arc were generated using AI narration tools. There is no live generation or player-facing AI system. All audio is pre-recorded, voiced by a warm, slightly gruff ossan voice with a strong local accent. He’ll accompany you through your training. Quiet, steady. Always there. Kōbako.
Capsule Image Created with AI
This game use AI-generated background music.
少部分美术资产基于AI生成的结果进行优化。
We use AI to generate images of visitors and some items. All content is manually processed before being added to the game.
During development, we use AI-assisted tools in a limited and transparent way. These tools may help us with coding support, minor visual stylization, and creating quick promotional or icon-style variations based on assets we made ourselves. In all cases, the final game reflects the work, creative direction, and decisions of our own development team.
AI is used to improve the game's graphic layout
Generative AI tools were used to create or initialize some store page material, as I am a game developer not a graphic designer. This made preparing some store page art assets easier, allowing me to spend more time working on the game itself.
AI was used to create some of the image assets and create motion capture animation data for one of the dance performances.
AI was used in designing the game's logo.
During development, we may use procedural or AI-assisted tools to help with asset creation. All final content reflects the creativity and direction of our development team.
Some of the textures used in the game's models were created using generative AI.
The background images and girls pictures are pre-rendered AI art
The game part utilized the texture materials and UI icons generated by Midjourney for 3D models, such as those in 3D paintings. Suno AI was used to generate some of the game music (about one-third). All AI materials in the game were sourced from legal paid channels. No protected artworks were used for training. The development team will promptly update the game to ensure that it conforms to the latest policy adjustments.
1. Generative AI acts as your virtual Game Master: Classic lateral thinking puzzles rely on a human host's flexible judgment. We use AI to fulfill this role, instantly interpreting your open-ended questions in real-time to provide accurate "Yes," "No," or "Irrelevant" responses. This replaces rigid scripts with human-like judgment, allowing you to enjoy the full deduction experience solo. 2. AI empowers the Creation Mode: The AI can transform your simple prompts, scenarios, or endings into complete puzzle sets, allowing you to instantly generate fresh mysteries to play or share with others. 3. Visual assets are pre-generated by AI: To support the game's detective atmosphere, visual assets were generated with AI assistance, then carefully curated and integrated into the game.
This game was built by a solo dev experimenting with GenAI. GenAI tools were used to help draft character portraits, reward videos, and icons (Jokers, Mods, Stagecoaches, Trinkets) along with background variations and some marketing materials. Every asset that made it into the final game was reviewed, refined, and approved by hand. No GenAI systems interact with players during gameplay and no visual content is live-generated. The game also does not collect or use player data for AI training or adaptive behavior.
All renders were created before AI processing. We used Stable Diffusion on the pre-rendered images to give the game a unique visual style.
Generative AI was used to generate turnaround reference images for some npc characters the player can talk to. (excluding enemy characters).
Storepage and Game translated by AI
This game uses AI-generated image assets, but the text and story content are not AI-generated.
Some assets in the game are generated by AI
The game uses ai for the cover art and some assets in the game.
icons, background and some code
Some music tracks in the game were created using AI-based tools such as Suno AI.
This game utilizes artificial intelligence technologies to support certain in-game systems and enhance the player experience
Artificial intelligence tool used in store page visuals
I used artificial intelligence (AI) to generate the background image for the store page of the game Abrez. All other images (capsules, screenshots, etc.) were created using 3ds Max and Adobe Photoshop, based on original manually created content.
AI was used for some of the music
This game and its store page include some AI-generated content: images (Fooocus), music (Suno, PRO subscription), and text (ChatGPT).
Our game only contains AI-generated content for 3d animal models.
AI tools are part of the workflow for creating some of the games assets.
AI has been used to help develop the game's cover art.
In game there is laptop menu background that image is generated by ai.
Some code for the game was made with the help of AI.
AI supported in graphics, music, sounds, and voice acting
This game uses artificial intelligence only for narrative content creation. All dialogue, descriptions, and text were generated with the help of AI during development, with manual review to ensure quality, cohesion, and originality. AI is not used in real time during gameplay and does not interact directly with the player. All final content was carefully integrated into the game before release.
Help with the art, some help with the music and code
Currently AI Generated Images are used for UI Elements found in the game. These assets serve as placeholders and will be replaced by handpainted images over the course of development.
Generative AI was used to create ONLY the cover image for this title. ALL other images, videos and content in the game and on the store page was created by either the developer or human artists.
Game contents localization made with AI
We have used AI to assist in programming and writing tasks.
The game has NO ai-generated content. The page localization is done with AI tools but it will be replaced when the game will be localized (without AI).
Dear Users, Some of the visuals on our game page have been created using artificial intelligence technology. These visuals have been developed with the assistance of AI-based tools. Our aim is to best reflect the atmosphere and theme of our game and to enrich the user experience. The visuals created with artificial intelligence are used as a tool to support our creative process and enhance our visual quality. However, providing complete localization and meeting our users' expectations is our priority. If you have any issues or questions regarding the content of the visuals, please feel free to contact us. We are committed to continuously improving based on your feedback. Thank you for your support! Sincerely, Enginar Games
Generative AI was used to assist in the coding of this game only. All artwork, level design, game sounds and music are 100% human-made.
Used for creating the game banner
An LLM (AI) is used to generate the story of your turn. Much like a dice roll, the generated story may result in your success or failure! Your turn is shown in an animated and narrated cutscene, all generated by the AI.
