Hellforged utilizes generative AI for some of the in-game icons.
This game features AI-generated voice acting for the characters.
Generative AI has been used to create some music and a small number of textures (in a limited way). It has also been used for translations and character voices.
I’m a solo developer and I use my own cat photography in the game. Some of those photos were transformed into in-game card art with generative AI. Both my original photography and the card art based on it are included in the game. Voice lines in the intro cinematic were also generated with AI. Generative AI is also used when generating stylized weapon & power-up cards. Final assets were selected and edited by the developer.
The elements of the shop like header & Logo were created with AI (not the screenshots)
The game uses some AI images for placeholder purposes.
This game features AI-generated content in its store assets and logos.
This game uses AI for the generation of some in-game graphic assets, translations, and promotional materials.
The following content is created with generative AI: character portraits, background music, and cover/promo material (hand-made in-game screenshots edited/overpainted with AI-assisted tools). All other content (code, game mechanics, driving physics, 3D assets, sound effects, text, track design, gameplay) is hand-made without AI generation.
Generative AI tools were used exclusively during the development process for brainstorming ideas and coding assistance. All in-game assets—including art, animation, audio, and narrative—were entirely created by our human team.
Store logo images, in game backstory in English and most French translation used AI and Google Translate and revised by the developer.
AI was used as a coding assistant and for assistance with sprite animation. However none of the art was fully generated by AI. All art, be it music or drawn, was originally created by myself, the sole developer, or from open source creators.
This game uses a custom-built local AI language model running entirely on the player's machine via the proprietary GROLAF3D ENGINE. The AI generates all dialogue, actions, and narrative responses from the kidnapper character in real time during gameplay. No internet connection is required and no player input is transmitted to external servers. The AI also powers an optional voice synthesis system for spoken responses. All AI-generated content is produced live based on player input and is unique to each session.
The Steam store page banners and promotional creatives for the app were created with the assistance of generative AI tools. The in-game assets were either created manually or edited afterwards, but the visual materials used for marketing (such as header images, capsules, and promotional banners) include AI-generated elements.
We have used generative AI tools to assist in the creation of several game assets, including background music (BGM), environment background images, and various UI elements such as icons and store banners. All AI-generated content has been thoroughly reviewed and refined by our development team to ensure high quality and to confirm that it does not contain any illegal or infringing material. The final assets are integrated into the game as static files and are not generated in real-time during gameplay.
Some static 2D graphics for the user interface and menu icons were created using AI image generators.
AI was used for some of the narrative in this game.
Generative AI was used only during development to create part of the pre-generated content. This includes some marketing materials for the store page, part of the 3D models, as well as music and some sound effects. All such content was reviewed, selected, edited, and integrated manually by the developer before release. The game does not use generative AI at runtime. Story content, gameplay logic, enemy behavior, game balance, and any real-time interaction with the player are created and executed without generative AI.
The Enemy Bots and Turrets are A.I. Powered.
This game uses AI-assisted tools during development for certain visual and technical elements. All generated content has been manually reviewed, refined, and integrated to ensure a cohesive artistic direction and high-quality player experience.
Uses AI to downscale, generate or change a few textures and arts.
The visual key art for this game was generated with the use of AI.
Generative AI was used to assist in the creation of visual assets, such as textures and UI backgrounds. Additionally, in-game text was refined and localized with the help of AI to ensure grammatical accuracy and a natural flow in English
Luba's photo was created with AI.
Generative AI was used to assist in the creation of certain pre-rendered store assets and promotional images for the Steam store page. No generative AI is used during gameplay, and the game does not rely on live AI-generated content.
Some graphical elements are made with AI.
Generative AI was used in the making of the main menu artwork. No other generative AI is used in the game.

Coding in general, as well as some of the illustrations, are created using generative AI.
Contains some optional AI generated voice samples, using Canva, strictly in order to comply with United States Twenty-First Century Communications and Video Accessibility Act (CVAA)
Some elements of the game were created by SI.
Some store artwork images were created using AI tools.
Portions of the artwork in this game were created using AI-assisted tools and subsequently edited, curated, and integrated by the developer. The game's overall artistic direction, visual design, and asset integration remain the work of the human developer.
Generative AI were used only to assist with localization and translation. All localized text is reviewed and edited by the development team. No art, audio, or code used AI generation.
Some store and promotional artwork for Nothing Remains has been created or enhanced using AI-assisted tools. All gameplay systems, mechanics, and in-game content are fully original and developed without the use of generative AI.
Generative AI was used to generate store copy and game assets.
Some visual assets used in the game's store presence (such as capsule images) were initially generated with the help of AI tools and then significantly modified and refined by the developer. No AI-generated content is used during gameplay. All in-game assets and mechanics are handcrafted.
This game uses AI-generated audio for select in-game dialogue, designed to achieve a synthetic, machine-like sound aesthetic. Certain in-game artwork, including hint posters and environmental paintings, was also created with AI generation tools.
Building a game of this scale as a solo indie developer is a gigantic quest. To bring this vision to life, I utilized AI to help manage the immense development load. I have used AI to help create placeholder assets as visual guides to get the final look and feel, some initial base assets that have since been modified to be game-ready, and, in some rare cases, game elements that did not require further polishing. I have worked hard to ensure the overall quality is as high as possible, given the limitations with funding, personnel and time. What wasn't made with AI: The core game design, idea and execution. Some of the game code, performance optimizations, final polishing, and most final assets. Additionally, some of the development tools, such as the terrain optimizer/generator, targeting, turret, and explosion systems, have been under development as personal hobby projects for nearly a decade. The game was completely visualized, balanced, play tested, and designed by people (the fun part). What is heavily AI-generated: Audio: The audio concepts and prompts were written by me, generated using AI algorithms, and then manually polished where needed. Real human work was required to orchestrate, mix, time, and fit these audio clips seamlessly into the game. Some textures: In a few rare cases, a generated texture was used "as-is" and did not require any additional post-processing or optimization of any kind (excluding cropping or some basic photoshopping).
AI was used during development to assist with translations for the game and store page.
AI was used during development to assist with brainstorming and iteration, while all final rooms, puzzles, and gameplay mechanics were designed by the developer.
Generative AI was sporadically used to create initial references and placeholder assets, which have been or will be replaced with hand-crafted content during production.
"Generative artificial intelligence was used in the design and production of some 2D entities (icons and sprites) within the game."
background music tracks were created with the assistance of generative AI. No AI-generated content is created during gameplay.
We use generative AI tools during our development process to assist in the creation of certain visual assets, such as concept art for environments and base textures for some 3D models. All AI-generated content is meticulously refined and integrated by our team to ensure it meets the artistic standards of Quantum Fight: Aero 2299. Our goal is to use these technologies as a support tool to enhance the game's atmosphere while maintaining full creative control over the final experience.
