This game was developed with assistance from generative AI tools. AI was used as a development aid for coding support, gameplay design iteration, text drafting, translations, store descriptions and creative concepting. All AI-assisted content was reviewed, edited, selected, integrated and tested by the developer. The game does not use generative AI to create new images, audio, text or gameplay content in real time during normal gameplay.

Visuals: We used generative AI tools (Midjourney, ComfyUI) to assist in creating background illustrations and concept art for characters. All AI-generated outputs were manually refined, overpainted, and edited by human artists to ensure visual consistency and quality. Text: We utilized AI-powered translation tools to assist in localizing scripts and store page descriptions from Korean to English. All translated text was proofread and edited by a native speaker to maintain the narrative's tone and nuance.
Some of the visual assets in this game (such as concept arts, UI elements, and store capsules) and the initial ideation processes were developed with the assistance of generative AI tools. During the development of Furious Kitchen, we utilized generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools to assist in content creation and optimization. The specific implementations are as follows: Programming & Scripts: We used AI programming assistants (Large Language Models) to help write and refactor underlying game logic code, as well as to assist with the implementation of the multi-language localization system and text translation. Art Assets : Certain visual elements within the game (such as UI icons, background assets, or promotional base art) were created with the assistance of AI image generation tools. All generated images were subsequently redrawn, modified, and stylized manually by the developer to fit the game's aesthetic. Music & Audio : Some background music or sound effect assets in the game were composed and arranged using AI audio generation tools. This game does not feature any live-generated AI content (i.e., AI content generated in real-time while playing). All AI-assisted assets were pre-generated during the development phase and carefully reviewed to ensure they do not infringe upon any third-party copyrights.
Some in-game assets, including certain images, graphics, and 3D meshes, were created or assisted using AI tools.
AI Content Disclosure (Or: Why Your Eyes Aren't Bleeding) Steam requires me to formally disclose that I used AI tools to help create the visual assets for this game, and honestly, you should be thanking them for it. My personal artistic abilities peak at drawing lopsided stick figures, and if I had to hand-draw the assets myself, this wouldn't be a co-op horror game—it would be a tragedy. To spare you from my awful programmer art, I used Meshy AI to generate the 3D models and Nano Banana Pro to handle the textures. The gameplay, the panic-inducing 90-second timers, and the terrifying undead Grandma mechanics are all me. The art, however, was assisted by AI as a public service to protect your eyeballs.
Some store visuals and in-game product visuals were created with artificial intelligence.
Some artwork and visual assets in this game were created with the assistance of generative AI tools. All audio, including voice recordings, was recorded by humans.

Sound effects and music were generated using Meta AudioCraft (AudioGen/MusicGen) running locally. Non-English translations were generated using local LLMs (Ollama) and manually reviewed. No external AI services are used during gameplay. All AI-generated content was produced offline during development.
Generative AI art is used as placeholder content until the game is further developed.
Generative AI was used during development to draft initial art concepts and assist with the foundation of text localization. All final in-game visual assets were manually refined, edited, and finished in Photoshop to ensure a high-quality, hand-crafted aesthetic. Localization was human-reviewed to ensure accuracy for players.
