This game uses artificial intelligence systems during gameplay to dynamically adapt investigation scenarios, narrative flow, and event sequencing based on player actions. AI is used to increase replayability and narrative variation, not to generate player-created content or media assets.
Generative AI was used to create a small portion of the visual content in a video segment. This is openly acknowledged in the game as part of the story.
To help with store visuals I used generative AI tools to assist in creating some promotional artwork and banners for the Steam page. All actual game content, gameplay and in-game assets were made without using AI.
The background images and girls pictures are pre-rendered AI art
We use many tools and techniques to realize our graphics, from AI generation to hand-painting.
Some text content prepared in advance, including descriptions and localized text, may be created, translated, or improved with the assistance of AI-based tools.
Artificial intelligence was used to reconstruct partial fragments.
Voice Acting- AI generated voices used in trailer for few seconds only. Major announcements in the game such as achievements, game saved loaded also uses AI for few seconds only.
A small portion of 3D models, music, voice lines, and images were created with the assistance of AI
As a two-person independent team with no dedicated art department or budget, we have utilized generative AI to create all visual assets within the game. This includes: Environment & Backgrounds: All village landscapes, interiors, and atmospheric backdrops depicting 1920s Anatolia. Character Portraits: All visual representations of the villagers and historical figures. UI & Icons: The majority of the user interface elements, icons, and parchment-style menus. Concept Art: All marketing materials and store page assets. We have carefully curated, edited, and integrated these AI-generated visuals to ensure they align with our specific historical narrative and charcoal-style aesthetic. Our use of this technology was the only way to bring our vision of this National Struggle story to life with the limited resources of a two-man studio.

Some in-game images are generated using AI. It has also been used to facilitate case creation and test consistency. In many texts, it has been used to correct grammar or potential errors.
To ensure that players from diverse cultural backgrounds can fully immerse themselves in the narrative, AI-assisted tools were utilized for localization purposes. This allows us to bridge language barriers and make the game accessible to a global audience.

We use AI to power dynamic conversations with hand-crafted NPCs. Each character has a unique personality, backstory, and knowledge base. Their dialogue is generated in real-time based on your questions, creating authentic interview experiences that feel natural and unpredictable. The AI runs completely offline on your machine. No internet connection required, and your conversations remain private.

The game to contain art assets generated by artificial intelligence
Since our team is very small, due to a lack of certain skills and time, for now we had to use AI to create some of the icons and music in our game, as placeholders that will be replaced by handcrafted art in the future. All other visual content was created by real people.
