Public Steam disclosure research 25,512 disclosures tracked
Search developers’ Steam disclosures, compare classified AI use across games, and follow recorded changes. This index adds cross-game classifications and statistics to statements published on individual store pages.
Code help, debugging and other development work.
Capsule art, trailers and promotional material.
Pre-made art, audio, writing and other game assets.
Interactive or runtime AI features disclosed by the developer.
Groups reflect automatic analysis of public disclosures; mature records are excluded. These counts do not measure AI use across all of Steam. Missing or unclear statements cannot establish whether a game uses AI.
We created the steam capsule and few ui elements in the game using AI.
AI is partly used in the game to create some in game music and 2d art.
We used AI to generate marketing materials.
Some promotional images and artwork shown on the store page, as well as a few ability icons, were created using generative AI tools. AI is not used during gameplay — all mechanics, systems, and bot behavior are fully handcrafted.
We used AI tools to refine and translate our store description to English in a more professional tone. Additionally, we used AI-assisted design tools to create and enhance our store assets, such as the logo and promotional images (e.g., capsule art, header, key visual), including color adjustments and minor visual improvements. No AI-generated content is used within the gameplay itself.
AI is used to assist with generating pre-rendered text, voice-over lines, and code in some sections of the game.
We used AI to create capsules for the steam store page.
During the game production process, as an individual developer, I used AI technology to generate art content, mainly employee portraits, mobile phone and accessories pictures, some scene backgrounds and illustrations in events. After the above content is completed, I also corrected it manually. I hope to achieve the purpose of enriching the player's experience by providing rich pictures; the models and icons in the game are obtained through store asset purchases, and I hope you can understand my decision and support my game. I will continue to work hard to provide you with a better gaming experience.
Use of visuals in the game.
Using Tencent Yuanbao to assist with function algorithms. Using ByteDance Bean Bun to Assist in Image Editing.
Store description and promotional graphics generated using AI tools.
Voice generation
The game uses AI tools for translations.
AI was used to voice the character and create the game logo.
All voice lines in Training Arc were generated using AI narration tools. There is no live generation or player-facing AI system. All audio is pre-recorded, voiced by a warm, slightly gruff ossan voice with a strong local accent. He’ll accompany you through your training. Quiet, steady. Always there. Kōbako.
Some of the images featured in the game are AI-generated.

Capsule Image Created with AI
Most of our assets are hand-made, but there are a scattered handful of assets that were AI generated. Background skybox, distant castles, and even a few small entities. Things like that.
We let AI lend a creative hand with the capsule art—because why not let the robots handle the pretty pictures while we wrestle with code and ketchup physics?
Some of the store page visuals, in-game models and in-game visuals were supported by artificial intelligence-supported design and production tools.
This game use AI-generated background music.
Artificial intelligence was used in some parts of the game development phase,
AI is used for museum-level painting and some music generation
We used AI to enchant the logo and equal store assets for the game.
Some of the game graphics in this work utilize generative AI.
Artificial intelligence was used as a supporting tool in the creation of certain music and visuals, with full copyright belonging to us.
Our team used artificial intelligence to create the initial segment of the product’s promotional video
The characters of Italian Brainrot meme are originally generated by AI. In addition, we used Meshy AI and Rodin AI to generate these characters in 3D
AI is used for some in game graphics also in-game character portrait art creation. All materials used are AI pre-rendered. Pre-Generated AI content created with the help of AI tools during development. Our game does not include illegal or infringing content, and our game is consistent with your marketing materials.
Images in the paintings
Some AI services are used to create partly basic game graphics, marketing texts and code. All material is then hand-crafted to final forms. The AI used to steer the boats is not generative AI, it's a special code separately created and tested.
During development, we use AI-assisted tools in a limited and transparent way. These tools may help us with coding support, minor visual stylization, and creating quick promotional or icon-style variations based on assets we made ourselves. In all cases, the final game reflects the work, creative direction, and decisions of our own development team.
The voice and translation are done with ai.
AI was used to generate voices and wall pictures.
Type of content involved: Store page posters Usage: Pre-generated materials Safety measures: All AI content has been manually reviewed to ensure there is no infringement/inappropriate content.
AI was used solely to generate the store page artwork, specifically for the title image. No AI was used in the actual game itself—game assets, environments, and mechanics are all created manually. All in-game screenshots displayed on the store page are genuine and accurately represent the gameplay experience.
The AI integrated into Amma: Chronicles of Lost Stars is not used to generate random content or replace artists. It is mainly used to optimize certain gameplay mechanics and improve the behavior of Nzuri spirits and enemies, making confrontations more tactical and unpredictable. All narrative, visual and sound content remains entirely manualy created by our team of artists and narrative designers. AI is only used to enhance fluidity and depth.
Generative AI tools were used to create or initialize some store page material, as I am a game developer not a graphic designer. This made preparing some store page art assets easier, allowing me to spend more time working on the game itself.
AI was used to create some of the image assets and create motion capture animation data for one of the dance performances.
This game uses AI-generated voiceovers for character dialogue. No AI influences gameplay, story, or player interactions.
Yes, we use AI tools—specifically Luma Dream Machine—to generate initial art assets that are used in our game, on our store page, in our marketing materials, and within our community assets. All raw outputs are subsequently refined and adjusted by our art team to ensure they match our game’s unique aesthetic and meet legal and quality standards
AI was used in designing the game's logo.
Some banners and promotional materials, were created with the assistance of artificial intelligence.
We use AI to generate some of the textures and music for the game.
AI generated images on some game play UI and some store page images created by DALL-E. all pre rendered.... Big shout out to DALL...the rest of the coding and concept was human generated :)
We’ve been working since 2009 (when the Bot Colony concept was unveiled at GDC) on a game where players can say ANYTHING to a character and be understood. Adding a Generative AI component to our proprietary dialogue technology enables us to make the dream come true.
AI-assisted tools were used only in a limited capacity for a small number of user interface elements. All generated materials were reviewed, edited, and finalized by our development team prior to implementation.
During development, we may use procedural or AI-assisted tools to help with asset creation. All final content reflects the creativity and direction of our development team.
This game uses Poedit Pro to translate text into different languages.
