Some 2D artwork, including character, enemy, map, user-interface, icon, and visual-effect source images, was created with the assistance of generative AI tools during development. The game does not generate content with AI while it is running and does not send player prompts to an AI service.
Ai was used to develop the code, artwork, various events, and dialogue in the game. Code: I'm a solo developer and I use AI coding agents. The architecture, game design, systems, and direction are mine; the agents write code to my spec, under my review. That includes the UI, which agents build from my own designs and styles. 3D art: Made by a professional artist. No AI. Music and SFX: Currently placeholders, licensed from Ocular Sounds, who state their sounds are crafted from original source recordings by their in-house sound design team. To be replaced with commissioned work. Writing: Written by me. AI agents help me edit and apply corrections; I approve every word that ships. A professional writer will be brought on as development continues. Illustrations: Not in the game yet. They will be commissioned from professional artists.

Store Assets; Game Graphics
Portions of the game's written content (interface text, in-game help, Russian/English localization) and store page texts were created with the assistance of AI tools, directed, reviewed and edited by the developer. All graphics are hand-coded procedural visuals and all audio is procedurally synthesized in code — no AI-generated images or audio are included.
localization
Greenrise includes a small amount of AI-assisted content created during development (pre-generated): one sound effect and one visual asset were made with the help of generative AI tools. Generative AI was also used to help review and verify the game's localization. The game does not generate any AI content live at runtime. We hold the rights to use this content and it does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property.
Generative AI was used in the creation of some of the digital assets in this game.
Artificial Intelligence was used primarily for generating Steam capsule artwork, specific gameplay sounds, and assistance with mathematical code functions. All AI-generated content was manually edited and reviewed throughout every stage of development.

Some in-game art assets and some promotional art assets on the store page were created with AI-assisted production.
Some artwork in this game was edited with the assistance of generative AI tools as part of the development process.
This game is being developed solo. As an independent developer working with limited resources and budget, AI tools have been used in the production of some visual and musical assets: Some character concept art, store page marketing materials, and background/atmospheric visuals were created using AI visual generation tools, then edited and integrated by the developer to fit the game's art direction. Some visuals are included as placeholders and will be changed during development. Some background music tracks were created using AI music generation tools. The game's codebase, gameplay mechanics, character design, dialogue writing, and overall creative direction were all created manually by the developer alone. AI tools were used as a tool where access to a professional art/sound team was not possible as a solo developer; final decisions, edits, and the overall creative direction of the game were shaped by the developer.
some of the 3D vases are created with help of AI
AI was used to assist in code and the music is AI generated for now, however the shitty art is all home made!
Parts of this game's content were created with the help of generative AI, always under human direction and review: some in-game artwork and text, and the store page's localizations. All AI-assisted content is pre-rendered — nothing is generated live while you play.
This project is human-led and human-authored. The core concept, research direction, cultural framing, interactive decisions, visual judgement, source selection, and the final content of the work were all determined by me. AI was used as a supporting production tool, mainly for: debugging Unity and C# errors; suggesting code structure for prototype scripts; organising local folders and repository structure; searching for public references and technical resources; and drafting editable documentation outlines that I then reviewed and revised. AI was not used as an autonomous author. It did not decide the research direction, cultural interpretation, aesthetic intention, or final meaning of the work. AI-generated text and code were treated as working material - selected, edited, corrected, rejected, or rewritten. The personal reflection was written by me; no AI-generated text is presented as personal reflective writing.
Used for generating image information such as game covers and UI.
During development, some in-game surface textures (e.g. ground/terrain tile materials) were created with the assistance of generative AI image tools and then hand-edited and integrated into the game as static assets. All such content is pre-generated and fixed at ship time; the game does not generate any content live at runtime. We have reviewed this content to ensure we have the appropriate rights to use it and that it does not infringe on the rights of others.
This app includes an optional AI chat feature: your cheer character can chat with you in real time, powered by generative AI. Using the chat feature consumes an in-app currency ("gems"), which can be purchased. A background image used on the store/library page (depicting a keyboard and a mug) was also created with the assistance of generative AI tools.
