We use a PRO account, and according to Suno's licensing terms, the generated music content — including pre-generated songs made using Suno AI PRO — is licensed for commercial use. ○ Images are purchased from UNITY ASSET or custom-designed. Some were enhanced with AI (noise reduction, upscaling, clarity) and are used under commercial licenses. 2. No User-Generated Content (UGC) Features: This game does not include any functionality that allows users to upload, generate, or customize content. Players cannot add third-party assets, which eliminates the risk of copyright infringement on the user side. 3. Terms and Policy Restrictions (if UGC features are added in the future): If UGC features are added in the future, we will implement strict terms of service, a content reporting system, and necessary moderation mechanisms to prevent the appearance of content that infringes on intellectual property rights. Currently, we do not use any third-party content moderation platforms.
