AI Usage Disclosure
Delphi uses Midjourney for illustrated artwork (cards, events, key art, capsule art) and Kling for image-to-video trailer animation, all curated and edited by the developer. UI artwork is hand-made by a credited human artist. No AI is used in design, writing, narrative or gameplay, and no AI runs at runtime — all in-game content is human-written static data.

Disclosure History
Delphi uses generative AI tools as part of its art pipeline: Midjourney — illustrated artwork (cards, events, stats, laws, budgets, key art, capsule art). Kling — image-to-video animation for trailer sequences. UI artwork (icons, buttons, frames) is hand-made by a credited human artist. All AI-assisted visuals are curated, edited and integrated by the developer. Prompts and selection are author-driven, not automated. No AI is used in: game design, writing, narrative events, dialogue, balance, or any gameplay system. The game runs no AI models at runtime — there is no generative content during play. All in-game text, choices and outcomes are written by a human and stored as static data. Delphi is the work of a solo developer (with UI artwork by a credited human artist), using AI as a visual production tool to ship a deeply systems-driven political game at one-developer pace.
