Disclosure History

As a solo developer working on my first indie game, I want to be upfront that I am using generative AI as part of my artwork and development process. Black Hollow is being built by one person, and I am open to using every available tool, resource, and workflow that helps me bring the game closer to the vision I have for it. Generative AI helps me explore concepts, create placeholder and reference art, develop visual direction, and speed up areas that would otherwise be difficult to handle alone. My goal is not to cut corners, but to make the best game I can with the time, skill set, and resources I have. I still plan to refine, edit, implement, and shape everything into something that feels consistent with the world of Black Hollow. This project is a learning process, and I want to be transparent about the tools being used while continuing to improve the game as much as possible.
